Pros
The software does all the IFTA associated tasks for me, which is excellent. It makes fleet management so much easier for my company. My drivers have not had one complaint with this software. Their customer support team is always eager to help; they even follow up with you if you have previously made a complaint to ensure things are going smoothly.
Cons
I have heard that sometimes their system can be down and it can be hard to reach customer service to resolve the issue. Even though this is not an issue for me or my company. However, they are readily changing and evolving. I look forward to what more they have to offer in the future.
