Great HR Tool!

Pros

I've been using this HR application for five years now and its honestly one of the best tools for running a business efficiently. It handles staff attendance, employee documents, vacation balances and payroll really well, also, it cuts down on paperwork a lot and saves so much time. What I love most is how it helps us control overall performance so effectively. The support team has always been super professional when we've needed help and there's this awesome bonus feature where you can link it to fingerprint scanners to track employee movement quickly.

Cons

The setup process needs to be really precise. Any mistakes in the approval workflow can mess up the outputs. My team definitely needs regular training to avoid errors which can be a problem to manage.

Decent HR Management Tool

Pros

I really appreciate how it manages shift scheduling and tracks who's present each day. The leave request feature is very simple and going paperless has been a massive time saver for our office.

Cons

Accidental clicks and those dropdown menus really slow down the sytem.
