What I really like about this tool is how simple it is for everyone to use and I've noticed it helps bring out real feedback from the team. It highlights areas that need attention while also letting people respond anonymously which my staff actually appreciate. I also find the built-in rewards and recognition feature useful and the live data helps me understand workplace culture better so I can address issues early and also recognize good performance more effectively.
Cons
From my side, I've also seen that clicking on responses in the weekly survey can occasionally feel a bit off in accuracy, like the selection isn't always perfectly registered, even though it doesn't happen all the time for me.

Pros
From my side, the surveys are easy to go through and I get a lot of useful insights from them. It also gives me visibility into team dynamics which helps me understand where tension might be building so I can step in when needed.
Cons
Setting up the store felt a bit time-consuming in my case but I understand that was mainly because I personally added a large number of prizes, so it naturally took more effort.

Using EPIC has been a positive experience for me because I believe happier employees lead to better performance overall. I like being able to earn points and use them in the rewards store and I also find it helpful to see my own scores since it pushes me to improve consistently. At first, I wasn't fully sure about it but over time I started seeing real value in the regular feedback it provides.
Cons
Honestly, I like everything so far and whenever I've faced any issue, the support team has always responded quickly with a proper solution which has worked well for me.
