Comprehensive talent management

Pros

I use several modules from this platform, the ATs, onboarding, goals and performance management tools. These applications really help with our talent management and goal setting across the organization. The way it cascades goals and creates visibility throughout the company is fantastic.

Cons

although this tool is great but company keeps making platform updates but they're terrible at letting users know what's changing. Without our rep filling us in, we'd be completely in the dark about most improvements.

Fast application responses

Pros

Quick responses make the application process smooth for everyone who applies which I really like.

Cons

supervisors can't search for applicants using specific keywords which makes it tough to find candidates quickly when I am managing lots of applications.

Clean interface and multi board posting

Pros

Really easy to use.... The interface has a clean design that makes navigation effortless and I've never experienced any downtime or availability issues. What I find particularly valuable is getting five additional job board postings automatically whenever I post a position, that's a nice bonus that saves time and extends reach.

Cons

Reporting for 360 reviews could definitely be more comprehensive and I find that feature a bit clunky to navigate. Would also be great if it connected with payroll systems beyond just ADP.

Clear evaluation process

Pros

Evaluation process includes a clear outline at the top that shows exactly what steps need to be completed for my team reviews. It feels familiar to anyone who's used salesforce progression tools, very professional setup with minimal extra work required.

Cons

I was concerned about losing track of things if I didn't finish everything right away and wasn't sure how easy it would be to locate and revisit items later without digging through my email.

Polished ATs and onboarding

Pros

ATs and onboarding features include all the latest functionality, implementation was incredibly smooth for me. The interface is simple to navigate, support has been outstanding and it delivers a polished candidate experience from start to finish.

Cons

There's a few things I would've liked to customize more, except that everything is perfect.

ClearCompany Review

Pros

Having all candidate and employee information in one place along with the ability to upload files like tests and emails is highly convenient.

Cons

I wish the dashboard provided an overview of incomplete internal packet items. Also not having Microsoft Teams integration is inconvenient for scheduling virtual meetings. Its extra work to switch between platforms and keep track of meeting details.

Great customer service and personal support

Pros

The integration process with ClearCompany was exceptional with thorough support and intuitive software.

Cons

There are some improvements I believe could be made. My Customer Success Manager is helpful in finding solutions or alternative options. Despite minor drawbacks the pros outweigh the cons.

Cleanest, Simplest Interface

Pros

Cons

Pros

The softwares functionality and flexibility to tailor to our needs are remarkable with excellent support from account managers.

Cons

I prefer export options on individual screens rather than having to go to reports. Its not a deal-breaker but Im accustomed to convenience.

Solid ATS system that is easy to use.

Pros

ClearCompany offers an easy-to-use interface grading feature notes sections and excellent customer service.

Cons

Efficient job site integration

Pros

Connecting with different job sites like Indeed and Craigslist is incredibly easy. All applicants get filtered into one organized location where I can review them efficiently. The digital folders are fantastic for keeping candidate pools separated, whether they're waiting for responses, scheduled for interviews, or at other stages. When multiple team members work with the same candidates, everything stays organized as long as everyone moves and dispositions people correctly. It's similar to how teams collaborate on shared Google docs. Plus, all onboarding paperwork gets stored together in one compact space.

Cons

Website could really use some updates. Getting to where I need feels like it takes way too many clicks, the navigation could definitely be more aligned. Also, uploading documents for employees is painfully slow. I wish you could just click on someone's profile and upload everything right there, instead of dealing with page reloads and having to hunt down the document you're trying to upload each time.

Knowledgeable implementation team

Pros

Chelsea, our implementation manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us all the tools and resources we needed to get everything set up properly. The team they put in front of clients really knows there stuff.

Cons

Haven't run into any issues so far and I'm not expecting any problems down the road.

simplified requisition and texting

Pros

Makes my recruiting work so much simpler. Placing requisitions feels like filling in blanks, totally easy. The texting feature is a brilliant way to stay in touch with candidates.

Cons

What bothers me is that once you enter an update, there's no way to undo it. The sourcing section also needs some tweaking since it's not very simple to navigate.

Outdated interface and navigation issues

Pros

Customization options are fantastic and I love how it connects easily with our HRIs and onboarding systems.

Cons

Interface isn't very simple and feels pretty out dated overall. I understand there's a new update in the works to modernize things and make it easier to navigate. One big problem is with job posting sponsorship, while it does push listings to the boards we choose like Indeed and LinkedIn, the sponsorship feature doesn't function how we need it to and sometimes we can't even locate our own postings when searching externally. The customization options exist but they're not easy to implement and figuring out what should be basic tasks takes way too much time.

Smooth Flow

Pros
