Effective Solution

Pros

Implementation was smooth leading to time efficiencies gained since adding ClearCompany to our organization.

Cons

Easy to use tool and responsive support

Pros

Interface is really simple and doesn't require much of a learning curve. When I do run into issues, their support team is always quick to respond and actually knows what they're talking about.

Cons

Pricing structure feels a bit nickle and dimey for me with all the extra fees.

Dated Software, Poor Support

Pros

I didnt find any standout features that I particularly liked about the software.

Cons

The mobile-friendly interface feels outdated and the software isnt easy to use. Additionally the support staff are unresponsive.

RAPId ATs setup and efficiency

Pros

This company helped me set up a complete ATs and onboarding system when I was working solo without any IT backup. They really took on the heavy lifting and got everything tested and running smoothly in just 4 weeks during our busiest hiring season. We ended up cutting our time to fill positions by 33% and didn't have to rely on contract recruiters as much anymore. They keep making their product better and actually ask for my input on what could work differently. The support team is really responsive and our rep checks in with us every quarter to see how our business is changing and how they can help. Their training video library made it super easy to get my hiring managers up to speed quickly.

Cons

Lack of automatic integration with Deltek accounting and HRIs software is frustrating for me, especially since Deltek is so common in architecture and engineering. It would really benefit everyone if there was a easy connection without additional costs.

User Friendly and Regularly Updated

Pros

Integrating Clear Company with Paylocity has been a great experience for us. The recent platform update went smoothly and the new look is visually fantastic. Plus we have a great support team to assist us.

Cons

Ive noticed some lack of customization with certain features but Im hopeful for updates. Also some automated resources dont print out well and cant be edited for better readability.

Easy interface with minor hiccups

Pros

Interface is pretty easy, though I've run into some hiccups that required additional training on certain configurations. For instance, setting up job descriptions for postings and new employee onboarding could be more simple.

Cons

Outstanding support and continuous improvements

Pros

support team is incredible, they've never turned down our requests, even when we've thrown some pretty wild ideas their way. They always find a solution somehow. What I really appreciate is how the platform keeps evolving. Over the past three years we've been using it, there have been multiple updates and improvements which is fantastic. Even as the company grows, the quality of customer service hasn't dropped one bit.

Cons

Offboarding process could really use some work, there's no great way to handle employee exits and keep accurate records when someone leaves. While the onboarding features are fantastic, we've ended up trying to use it for things it wasn't designed for, like general paperwork updates and exit procedures. I wish there was a clearer separation between onboarding and offboarding workflows. The electronic filing system in user profiles feels pretty limited and hard to customize. Also, some email templates are locked down and you can't edit them at all, especially the task assignment ones which is frustrating when you need more flexibility.

Well organized setup experience

Pros

setup process was really well organized and easy to follow. Our setup specialist knew their stuff, stayed patient with all my questions and made the whole experience enjoyable.

Cons

Would love to store HR documents like health benefit booklets and employee policy manuals that everyone can access, not just new hires. This would make the platform more comprehensive. Also wish shoutouts could be sent company wide via email for those of us who don't use sLA ck.

Applicant tracking at its best

Pros

This software seamlessly integrates with our payroll software ensuring that applicants are inputted into the system only after the hiring process avoiding clutter in the payroll system.

Cons

New User - Still Learning

Pros

My first experience with Clear Company has been amazing in terms of navigating the system. The support team is responsive addressing my questions promptly and going the extra mile if needed.

Cons

While I havent used the system extensively enough to identify dislikes there were recent updates that removed some beneficial functions. ClearCompany is receptive to feedback and is working on resolving issues like template and notification problems.

Clear Companys ATS is easy to use with a significantly improved user interface over the years. When dealing with the right representative from Clear Co it becomes a great partnership. The introduction of texting has been a significant improvement for our recruiting team.

Cons

So easy to use and has made our hiring flow a breeze!

Pros

Its incredibly user-friendly and easy to train new hiring managers/users. The scorecards are invaluable for gathering information and keeping all notes in one place. The ability to schedule interviews directly through the system has been a game-changer for our team.

Cons

Although theres an option to schedule multiple interviewers its limited to back-to-back interviews. It would be helpful to add multiple interviews to the same block for separate calendar confirmations.
