Pros
The user interface is excellent offering ease of use even for managers who are not recruiters. The application process is simplified for candidates and the dashboard is clean and clear. It offers great flexibility for sharing between users and includes a text function.
Cons
The reporting function is somewhat lacking with confusing and cumbersome features. Customization options are minimal and customer service response times are slow.

I particularly loved the breakdown and organization of the candidate pipeline with customization options available for interview stages and workflow. The systems customization abilities are extensive allowing companies to tailor it to fit their specific processes. Offer letter creation and processing were seamless without needing third-party services like DocuSign. The candidate rating system was helpful for visualizing candidate ratings within the pipeline. While integration and setup were straightforward improvements could be made in training and resources.
Cons
ClearCompany has been glitchy requiring frequent support tickets for recurring issues. Customer support communication and follow-through could be improved. Reporting is limited and new features often lack proper testing and training resources.

“Perfect interface and exceptional support
Pros
after a decade in HR across various industries, I can honestly say this beats all the "top rated" systems I've used before. The interface is incredibly simple, no more explaining how things work to every new team member. What really sets it apart is the support team, they're genuinely accessible and helpful. The regular free webinars are a nice touch and whenever they roll out major updates, the transition is surprisingly smooth. You won't find yourself stuck on hold for hours with tech support like other platforms. The level of customer care they provide makes the investment worthwhile.
Cons
Only downsides are really just personal preferences around customization options. While learning all the features, I noticed a few things I'd tweak differently but honestly these are pretty minor complaints since the flexibility is already there.

“One click job posting and flexibility
Pros
One click posting across multiple job boards is a game changer for me. Being able to text candidates directly saves so much time and I really appreciate how flexible the grading system is, we've customized it to track recruiter contact frequency and other metrics that matter to our team.
Cons
It's a bit clunky to navigate, sure, once you figure out how everything works it becomes manageable but the system isn't aligned enough for our managers to use regularly. Take Workable for instance (I know that's probably not what you want to hear but just being honest), it was much more visually appealing and way easier for my regular users who just need quick access to specific sections or data fields.

Pros
accessiblility is the feature, I really like about this tool. My company has several older department managers and while I'm currently the only one using the system, I can see how beneficial it would be to get everyone on board. Having all team members able to track applicants through their profiles would really align our process.
Cons
I wish there was a downloadable version instead of just web based access. Also got an email about the spanish version being ready but I can't figure out how to actually get to it or switch the language settings.

Pros
ClearCompany offers extensive customization options particularly notable in the intuitive fillable PDF feature within the Onboarding module. The customer support is exceptional my account executive is consistently available to address any queries. Throughout implementation or upgrades our account representative ensures were kept informed and involved at every stage.
Cons
There arent too many drawbacks to ClearCompany from my perspective. My only suggestion would be to enhance the customization of the Onboarding solution particularly in how the steps are presented in the candidate experience. Nonetheless I find ClearCompany very intuitive and adaptable to my needs.
