“simple platform with helpful errors
Pros
I find this platform really easy to navigate. When something goes wrong, the error messages are crystal clear and actually help me figure out what's happening.
Cons
although this tool is great, but here is my suggestion there should be a way to assist candidates with login credentials before they've actually created an account.

Pros
Posting job openings across multiple campuses is easy and the templates are user friendly whether I am using the pre made ones or uploading my own.
Cons
I wish the requisitions would automatically refresh after a set number of days.

I have to give major props to the sales and demo team, they really took time to understand our needs and were totally transparent about what the system could actually do. The implementation process has been surprisingly smooth too. What I love is how you can customize the learning experience based on your style, whether thATs watching step by step videos or following written guides while working directly in the platform. Since we're expanding internationally, being able to track multiple candidates through the entire process has been invaluable. The feature that lets you map out core competencies at different levels for each role and build scorecards to evaluate candidates against your existing team is really well thought out.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind really. There was some initial confusion about which services we wanted integrated with our platform but that got sorted out pretty quickly thanks to there excellent customer support team.

Pros
Honestly, I can create a single job posting that automatically goes out to multiple sites which saves me tons of time. Tracking candidates through each stage of hiring is easy and keeps everything organized.
Cons
I've been recruiting candidates for many years and honestly can't think of anything I dislike about this platform.

“Simple Interface but Occasional Performance Issues

Interface is really simple and easy to navigate. Everything feels well organized and I think it runs quite efficiently for my daily tasks.
Cons
Platform can get really sluggish sometimes and tends to reload unexpectedly when I'm working on scorecards. Another frustrating thing is that once you move a candidate to "Reviewed" status, they vanish from your current view, so if you want to email them, you have to hunt them down in the requisition section instead of handling everything in one go.

Pros
Monthly support from my account manager is perfect, Lindsey Roigen, she's been fantastic. What stands out most is how quickly the team responds when I run into any system issues and they're genuinely helpful in resolving things.
Cons
I can't really think of any major downsides to what they've provided. Like with any software in this space, there's always room for platform enhancements and making the tools better but that's pretty standard.

“All in one workflow
Pros
How everything's congregated in one place is pretty great, it really aligns our workflow. The potential here is incredible too. While it's already performing well, there are so many hidden opportunities for growth. I would definitely recommend this to other teams.
Cons
Notifications don't always reach me which can be frustrating. I also run into issues with duplicate applications since people often apply for multiple listings at once and I have to manually mark them as duplicates each time.

“Great for centralized hiring
Pros
I really appreciate having everything in one place, applications, resumes, onboarding and hiring all combined in a single database. The messaging system works great for staying in touch with candidates and setting up interview times.
Cons
sometimes the program crashes unexpectedly. I contacted support about issues but never heard back from them. Getting new users set up can be really challenging, especially if they're not comfortable with technology.

Pros
Interface feels really simple and I appreciate being able to customize features that work specifically for our business needs. Navigation is easy and the overall layout looks great, everything just flows naturally when you're using it.
Cons
Only thing that bugs me is not being able to send scorecards or surveys directly to candidates, I can only share them with my hiring team. It would be really helpful if I could get feedback from candidates about their interview experience too.

“standardized templates simplify communication
Pros
Creating templates for requisitions, offers and candidate communications has been awesome! as someone in HR, I can standardize these communications without worrying about my management team going off base. There's definitely a learning curve when you first start using it but once you spend enough time in the system and use it regularly, navigation becomes easy and it's incredibly helpful for managing our recruiting and hiring pipeline.
Cons
Finding specific functions can be tricky when you're rushing through tasks, though everything becomes much easier if you take a moment to slow down. I really wish there was a way to permanently enable the 'auto send email to candidate' feature for offer letters, right now we have to manually turn it on after approvals are done which adds an extra step for me and my managers.

Pros
Managing recruitment, selection and onboarding has never been simpler with this platform. The company's support team is incredibly responsive when I have questions or need training assistance. After working with more than 10 different ATs systems throughout my career, this one stands out as the clear winner.
Cons
Only downside I can think of is that I genuinely don't have any complaints after using this for seven years, everything just works perfectly.

Pros
Documentation is fantastic and being able to track a candidate's entire journey is incredibly valuable for me. The texting feature works really well too. Plus, the support team is amazing, they're always quick to help when issues come up.
Cons
Can't search contacts by phone or email directly which is frustrating for me. When candidates apply to multiple positions, I waste tons of time trying to merge their profiles together.

Pros
Being able to review resumes and communicate directly with potential employees is perfect for me. The grading feature for applicants is fantastic and sharing candidate profiles with other team members in our company makes collaboration so much smoother.

Pros
Its incredibly user-friendly with numerous features. Posting positions accessing candidate profiles and running reports are all straightforward. The customer service and webinars are excellent.
Cons
During our re-evaluation of ClearCompany we explored several other ATSs but none offered any improvement or added value based on our needs.
