“One of the best Applicant Tracking Systems

Pros

One of my favorite features is having applications and resumes together when viewing a candidate. I also appreciate the onboarding and requisition building capabilities.

Cons

One feature Id love to see is the ability to call applicants from the app. Having all steps in one place would be ideal. Other than that I have no complaints.

Integrating with the background check was challenging and time-consuming.

Pros

setting it up was surprisingly easy and they really walked us through everything step by step. Once you start using it, everything just makes sense, the workflow feels natural and I never find myself getting confused about where to go next.

Cons

I haven't been using this long enough to run into any real issues yet, so no complaints from me at this point.

Interface is incredibly simple and getting everything set up was smoother than I expected. I really appreciate how much I can customize to fit our specific needs, plus the reporting capabilities give me exactly the insights I'm looking for.

This platform is really simple to navigate. Training our managers on the system was easy and they've been really positive about using it for interviews. It's become an essential tool for our team.

Pros

Bulk messaging feature for both texts and emails is really great. It's been a game changer for me to reach out multiple candidates about the same topic without having to send separate messages one by one!

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this platform. Every feature I've tried has been helpful for filtering through applicants and identifying top candidates. So far, I haven't found any issues that bothered me.

I appreciate how simple it is to find any paperwork that providers have sent in.

There's noticeable lag when I'm working and it doesnt refresh properly after completing tasks.

The way it connects with our Chick-fil-a system works really well for my team.

Interface feels pretty outdated and there's noticeable lag when clicking through different buttons, could really use some modernization in my opinion.

The backend setup is a bit confusing and the data doesnt always match the dashboard. I wish pulling and managing info were easier and Id appreciate more search or sorting features.

ClearCompany streamlines communication between myself and providers Im onboarding. It consolidates all documents and information in one place.

There was a learning curve with the software as expected with anything new but once learned the process became easy.

Interface is really simple and keeps everything organized throughout recruiting. Having all candidate details readily available makes my job so much easier. Since this is my first experience with this type of system, I can't make comparisons but I'm definitely satisfied with how it performs.

Cons

Hard to find any real issues with this system since it performs so well for our needs. Any changes would probably come from upper management deciding they want different features or workflows.

“Responsive support

Pros

support is great, I get to talk to a real person who actually solves issues fast. I also like that the system lets me handle bulk actions like emails and texts and it integrates smoothly with everything I need.

Cons

Once I submit offer letters for approval, there's no way to edit them if changes are needed. If something needs tweaking, the whole thing gets rejected and I have to start from scratch creating a new one.

“Personal and shared notes tracking

Pros

Being able to keep both personal and shared notes about goals really helps me stay on track and gives teammates insight when they're working toward similar objectives.

Cons

some tabs aren't easy to find when I need them. Personal goals and company goals get mixed together in the same area, plus you have to dig around to scope things for other team members to help out

“User Evaluation

Pros

Its easy to follow requisitions from posting to filling positions.

Cons

The forms arent always intuitive. Improving them would greatly enhance the product.

I wish ClearCompany provided more options to connect to different software like ADP Run for example.

Even as a non-daily user I find it easy to navigate and keep the recruiting process moving smoothly without formal training. Its intuitive and straightforward.

Im a bit unsure about the reporting capabilities and the extent of customization for our job postings page.

Different links sometimes lead to different tabs which can momentarily disrupt navigation but thats just my personal preference.
