Pros
ClearCompanys impactful features include onboarding employee engagement performance tracking and analytics. Its intuitive integrates seamlessly with existing systems and offers customizable processes.
Cons
My least favorite aspect of ClearCompany was the limited customization options for reports and data visualization. The templates were basic and not very useful for detailed analysis. Also setting up and managing a centralized database for company data was challenging.

“Excellent ATS System With Great Functionaltiy
Pros
Its easy to learn with many useful features for tracking applicants sending offer letters and managing interviews. The platforms simplicity extends to contacting dedicated account managers for issue escalation and using the online chat feature.
Cons
Sometimes the reporting isnt consistent with the results after running a query and applications are submitted in different formats based on the applicants method. Additionally the customer service team sometimes provides incomplete answers.

Communication around interviews and evaluations is really easy for me, everything from self assessments to employee reviews comes with clear instructions that make the process much easier to navigate.

I find this software incredibly easy to navigate. The interface design is simple and the screens flow logically from one to the next. What really stands out are the great capabilities it offers, the reporting features are comprehensive, onboarding new users is smooth and managing applicant workflows feels effortless.

Pros
This platform is incredibly simple and user friendly from start to finish. Navigation feels natural and workflows are thoughtfully designed. Integration support works easily without any unnecessary complications. For me everything feels purposeful, no bloated features, just great functionality that actually gets used.
Cons
Initial setup instructions for the enhanced platform were somewhat confusing, though I'm glad there were several tutorial choices available. I'd really like to see drag and drop functionality added for moving applicants into new requisitions.

“simplified candidate communication tools
Pros
Navigating this platform feels simple and it really aligns how I connect with candidates. Being able to reach out through both text and email gives me flexibility in communication. The customizable email templates are a huge time saver since everything stays organized in one place. What I particularly appreciate is how third party integrations work easily, running BCI and MVR checks through shield screening directly from a candidate's profile is incredibly convenient.
Cons
search function shows every requisition a candidate has applied for but when someone gets hired, the specific job they're hired for doesn't move to the top of the list, it stays buried with all their other applications. For me setting up the auto fill feature for offer letter templates is really confusing and not simple at all.

“Excellent support but weak reporting
Pros
support from our Customer success Manager and IT representative has exceeded all of my expectations, way better than what we experienced with our last ATs. Having direct access to the product team has been incredible too, creating meaningful conversations about current features and where things are headed.
Cons
Reporting functionality has been our biggest headache since switching over. Even though the support team members are great and helped us but we can't create custom reports ourselves and sometimes the system won't even load our data properly. While the support team seems committed to fixing these issues, it feels like they're stretched thin and can't deliver the quick turnarounds we need.

Interface is really simple and much easier to navigate compared to other tracking systems I've tried before. When I need support, the chat feature works perfectly, there's always someone available who's genuinely helpful and will guide you through whatever you're stuck on. That support aspect really stands out to me.
Cons
Job sponsoring could be more easy, I find it confusing to figure out how the budget gets allocated and the whole process feels unnecessarily complicated.

Okay so here is my honest take... I can quickly review candidates and provide clinical opinions once recruiting interviews and screening wrap up. It's also great for tracking new hire onboarding progress to make sure training stays on schedule.
Cons
sometimes I need to click through multiple screens to check a candidate's history and the filters reset whenever I open resumes or job postings in new tabs which gets annoying.

For me the interface really simple, switching between recruiting tools, the dashboard, candidate profiles, setup options and reports feels easy and simple.
Cons
I wish there was a way to copy closed requisitions when the same position opens up again, starting from scratch every time is tedious. I'd rather create a fresh one so the open date resets properly instead of reopening the old one. Running MVR reports for employees who need their yearly license checks would be incredibly helpful too. Also, the knock out question feature could definitely be more simple to use.

I find the candidate tracking and Requisition page straightforward. Adding job posts is easy and allows me to track time to fill. The Workflow feature helps organize applicants efficiently.
Cons
When applicants apply on Indeed their resumes dont automatically flow into ClearCompany leading to double work transferring them manually. Itd be more efficient if the Recruiter page had options to search by phone or email directly without navigating to another page.
