Pros
This tool is easy for both admins and staff. Being able to monitor all our location's job listings from one central place has been fantastic. Managing candidates is super simple, just a few clicks and I can move them through our hiring process smoothly. The text to apply feature is absolutely brilliant!
Cons
I'm not sure if they've updated this since we stopped using it but there wasn't integration with our MVR software for motor vehicle checks. We had to manually run those first before sending them through for background screening which created an extra step in our workflow.

“ClearCompany HRM is the best Applicant Tracking Software!
Pros
The fillable PDF capability in the Onboarding module is my favorite feature, and the customer service is also outstanding. With ClearCompany, my account executive is always accessible and available to address any inquiries I may have. Therefore, our accounting representatives always update us and keep us informed at every stage of the deployment and upgrading process. Resultantly, it has streamlined our workflow and improved our productivity remarkably.
Cons
There arent many drawbacks, in my opinion. The only improvement I would recommend is making the Onboarding layout more flexible for applicants’ experience. It would improve the layout significantly and make it more user-friendly if we could search with advanced filters. If I’m asked to really nitpick at the minute details, perhaps they can improve their Interview Scoreboards as well. Apart from that, ClearCompany has been great for us.

Pros
Interface is really simple and I can customize quite a bit to fit my needs.
Cons
We barely get any applicants through the platform, so depending on it as your main sourcing method just isn't realistic in today's competitive market.

“Efficient candidate tracking system
Pros
I find this system really easy to navigate. What I appreciate most is how easily it tracks candidates through every stage, from their initial application all the way through screening, interviews and final hiring decisions. Honestly, it's the most effective applicant tracking solution I've worked with.

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this system, it's been really great for us.

Pros
system makes posting and managing REQs easy and I find the navigation really simple. Overall, it provides a friendly user experience no matter what permission level you're working with.
Cons
Reporting tools crash way too often and when they do work, the reports aren't always accurate or flexible enough for what I actually need.

Tracking functionality works really well and I find it pretty easy to navigate. Customer service has been disappointing though and generating reports is more complicated than it should be.

Pros
The HR onboarding process is simple and dependable. Tracking candidates is easy and requisitions are straightforward to deploy. While customer service is pricey theyre responsive and helpful.
Cons
Exporting data especially application answers feels inflexible and the reporting is lacking. Additionally their API usage is restricted behind a paywall.

It is really great how far their reach extends when posting jobs across multiple boards. Finding applications and resumes couldn't be simpler and the interface feels simple to navigate. The utilization metrics are particularly valuable, they show me which job boards deliver results and track how long candidate searches take for various roles.

Team seems pretty incompetent and the software itself has way too many limitations. It's incredibly glitchy, I constantly hear from people that the save button just stops working or the whole thing crashes, making them lose hours of work they've put in.

Interface is really simple to navigate and moving candidates between interview stages couldn't be simpler. What I appreciate most is being able to view candidate notes across different requisitions at a glance. The LinkedIn integration has been absolutely transformative for our recruiting process!
Cons
search functionality is pretty disappointing. Really hoping they can implement boolean search capabilities since going through hundreds of resumes manually is such a pain.

It is great to being able to store all my open requisitions in one place and get a quick overview of everything at once.
Cons
I'm having trouble figuring out how to give my supervisors access to the system, that's really my only complaint.
