“Outstanding implementation experience

Pros

Implementation specialist we worked with was absolutely fantastic! The guides they provided, how well organized everything was and the support throughout the whole process exceeded what I've experienced with other companies. This has been the smoothest system implementation I've ever been through.

Cons

Would appreciate more flexibility in customization options and the ability to create our own custom reports from scratch.

“Excellent dashboard for multi site hiring

Pros

Interface gives me a complete view of all job postings across my locations on a single dashboard. Managing multiple sites becomes much simpler when I can track every manager's ad placements and ensure they're posted on schedule. Having real time access to applicant statuses and resumes helps me stay on top of our hiring process effortlessly.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this platform. It works flawlessly for what I need in my role and across our locations.

support team really knows their stuff and has made our hiring process so much smoother. I'm genuinely impressed with the level of expertise they bring to the table.

Texting feature requiring candidate permission really limits it's usefulness. It makes me the whole process way too time consuming now.

The chat feature is fantastic for quick assistance. Its user-friendly and allows setting up multiple offer letters tailored to the organizations needs.

I wish there were more free job boards available for posting positions. Adding E-verify as a feature for onboarding would also be beneficial.

Transitioning between versions has caused a few hiccups especially when certain actions are unavailable in the preview version that were accessible in the original version.

ClearCompany serves not only for recruiting but also for background checks/screenings. The recruiting site is easy to use for creating requisitions and monitoring applicants. The background/screening tool is fast and user-friendly.

Okay so.... Interface feels really simple, making it easy to navigate through candidates and align the entire hiring process without any hassle.

Cons

Candidate history doesn't transfer when I move them between different requisitions which is really frustrating.

This tool helps with my recruiting and offboarding processes which is great.

Cons

Main issue is having to go back and forth multiple times just to get forms set up right. Between typos, formatting problems and validation errors, it gets frustrating. Plus, when I submit feature requests, they take forever to actually get implemented.

“User friendly platform

Pros

Customer support team is fantastic and always ready to help when needed. We've been using this system for several years now and I really appreciate how user friendly it is. Anyone can figure out how to navigate it regardless of their tech experience. Having everything online has definitely improved communication throughout our organization.

Cons

Occasionally we run into some data hiccups but they usually get sorted out pretty quickly. Right now it doesn't connect with our HR system which would be really helpful, hopefully that integration comes soon.

“Easy ATs interface

Pros

For me, interface is really simple and easy to navigate. My recruiting team members who've worked with different ATs platforms before have given me great feedback about how much they prefer this one.

Cons

I wish there was a way to remove outdated profiles, when searching for candidates, multiple duplicate entries show up and it gets confusing.

Pros

One thing I value is having a system that follows candidates from start to finish in their onboarding process.

Cons

Had to create more workarounds than I'd like because of all our custom fields and internal reporting needs.

“Responsive account management support

Pros

My assigned contact is incredibly responsive to questions and actually listens to my improvement suggestions, I've even seen some get implemented! The training resources, conferences and webinars they provide are surprisingly valuable. Getting leadership buy-in was easy since the platform is simple and requires minimal training to explain. The customization options are great and I've never seen managers get so excited about job competencies before. Both the performance management and recruiting tools are easy to navigate and understand.

Cons

I'd tweak a few small things like cutting down the white space on performance review forms to make them more compact and it would be nice to repost job listings to boards with just one click. Nothing major though, the customer support is excellent whenever I need help.

Interface is really simple and easy to navigate which has been perfect since we didn't have any HR system before this.

Reporting could definitely use some improvement, I feel like this is going to be really important for companies trying to get better insights into there talent data as they scale up.

Pros

Navigation is really easy and I love that new team members pick it up quickly with hardly any training needed.

Cons

Can't make posts confidential to just one recruiter, that's a real limitation for me.

Pros

Our account manager Liz responds quickly and is always ready to hop on a call when we need assistance. I really wish every HR system offered this level of customer support, it's been fantastic.

Cons

ADP integrations don't always sync smoothly, I know they're working on fixes but it can be pretty frustrating when things get stuck.

Pros

I find navigating through this platform incredibly easy. Being able to review previous job postings and evaluate applicants is really valuable to me. The built-in features make the entire recruitment process flow easily from start to finish.

I really can't think of anything negative to say about this platform.

Really appreciate the reporting features that give me the quick snapshots of what each recruiter is working on along with timeline tracking for every stage of the hiring process.
