Amazing HR Software for Teams

Pros

I find the course/lesson registration functionality on Criterion really convenient for company requirements. Registering for classes is easy, and it syncs seamlessly with my calendar. I appreciate the time management feature, which keeps track of my remaining PTO days for the year.

Cons

Personally, I perceive the UI as somewhat outdated becauseit has an old-fashioned appearance, but perhaps we can address that internally.

What I enjoy most about this software is how quickly I can search for employee information. The payroll process is also impressively efficient, saving me a lot of work.

Cons

Employee history is easily accessible, and the time clock feature is a definite advantage. Payroll processing is streamlined with minimal data input, and the re-hiring function is highly helpful.

Cons

There are several issues with reports, including rounding discrepancies in payments to employees, difficulty in resolving issues promptly, and limitations in creating files for state W-2 reporting despite prior assurances. And logging into the system can be time-consuming, and obtaining reports tailored to specific benefit reporting needs is challenging. There are also complications regarding employees living and working in different states.
