The software makes it really easy to handle all our HR policy requirements since it's packed with useful resources and features. The pricing is definitely reasonable compared to other options we've looked at making it accessible for organizations of different sizes. Cons
The main downside is the limited free trial period. It would be nice to have more time to really get familiar with the interface and user experience. Also the visual design could use some polishing to make it more modern and appealing.

I find this really simple to figure out and the design works perfectly for both full time and shift based office setups making our daily tasks much smoother.
Cons
Its quite expensive for smaller businesses though the features are solid enough that it's still worth considering if you can swing the cost
