I found it simple for employees to request time off and monitor their pending vacations. Setting up approvals was straightforward and I could manage it using FAQs.

I think adding biometric and facial recognition features would boost the softwares credibility in my opinion.

Everything! From the struggle to find assistance to the internet connectivity issues blamed on the provider to the lengthy wait times for support follow-ups.

Easy Clocking is extremely user-friendly and makes the payroll process much simpler for admins and clocking in and out a breeze for employees. The option to print or take a screenshot for personal records is really convenient. I also appreciate the note-writing feature and the total hours displayed at the bottom is a great touch for easy tracking.

Theres nothing to dislike about the Easy Clocking software; its straightforward and efficient from my perspective.

I appreciate how user-friendly it is for both staff and supervisors. I like that employees have various options for clocking in and out including fingerprint computer and app.

We frequently encounter issues such as the fingerprint time clock failing to read certain fingerprints employees needing their app reset by the system administrator for using multiple devices and the system requiring frequent reboots.

It was good for some time but eventually, we switched to Clockit.

Its interface feels outdated and sluggish.. It makes it challenging to generate reports and delegate leave approvals. The reports themselves are unattractive.

It could offer more robust reporting features and the clocks we obtained from Easy Clocking often malfunction.

Its value is fantastic especially if you use the computer browser for clocking instead of a physical time clock. We rely on EasyClocking for job tracking, with employees clocking in and out of different projects using the mobile app. It's intuitive and works great for our needs. Plus customer service is responsive and always helpful.

While the admin interface could be better its adequate for our needs. The softwares value for its price outweighs its minor drawbacks in my view.

My main gripe is that the software only allows running time for up to 31 days. This means we have to generate separate reports for pay periods spanning five weeks and we cant generate quarterly or annual reports without exporting data.
