I found it simple for employees to request time off and monitor their pending vacations. Setting up approvals was straightforward and I could manage it using FAQs.
Cons
Adding biometric and facial recognition features would boost the softwares credibility in my opinion.

Installing configuring operating and troubleshooting were all straightforward tasks.
Cons
I havent come across any significant issues except for the desire of my employees to have the time clocks voice resemble Arnold Schwarzeneggers!

Pros
Easy Clocking is incredibly user-friendly. It simplifies the payroll process for admins and makes clocking in and out effortless for employees. The ability to print or take a screenshot of the page for personal records is handy. The feature for writing notes is appreciated and the total hours displayed at the bottom is a nice touch.
Cons
Theres nothing to dislike about the Easy Clocking software; its straightforward and efficient from my perspective.

I appreciate how user-friendly it is for both staff and supervisors. I like that employees have various options for clocking in and out including fingerprint computer and app.
Cons
We frequently encounter issues such as the fingerprint time clock failing to read certain fingerprints employees needing their app reset by the system administrator for using multiple devices and the system requiring frequent reboots.

Cons
The interface feels outdated and sluggish making it challenging to generate reports and delegate leave approvals. The reports themselves are unattractive.

Pros
The value is excellent especially if you use the computer browser for clocking rather than a physical time clock. We use EasyClocking for job tracking with employees clocking in and out of different projects via the mobile app. Its intuitive and works well for us. Customer service is responsive and helpful.
Cons
While the admin interface could be better its adequate for our needs. The softwares value for its price outweighs its minor drawbacks in my view.

My main gripe is that the software only allows running time for up to 31 days. This means we have to generate separate reports for pay periods spanning five weeks and we cant generate quarterly or annual reports without exporting data.
