Every day it gives a free course on a specific topic with short lessons and fun questions. The social side makes it even better since you can engage with coworkers through leaderboard points for submitting answers and guessing your colleagues responses.
Cons
There is one bug when guessing colleagues answers: it sometimes says your answer is wrong even when it was actually correct. The good part is that it still awards the points for the right answer.
