“Simple DIY Payroll Tool”
Pros
I run a small business so i am always looking for affordable tools that make payroll easier to manage. What I like about this solution is that it offers a low-cost, DIY payroll option designed for businesses with 40 or fewer employees which fits my needs really well. I can handle payroll myself without paying for expensive services and the process feels simple and smooth. It also supports contractor payments and managed payroll services which is great because I sometimes work with contractors and prefer keeping everything in one place. Another feature I find really useful is the free payroll tax calculator which helps me calculate taxes quickly and even create and print paychecks when needed. Overall.. its a practical and budget-friendly option that gives me the basic payroll tools I need without making things complicated.
Cons
It does not support direct deposit so I have to manage employee payments manually. It also requires all employees to live in the same state which can be limiting if you have a distributed team. on top of that, theres quite a bit of manual entry for payroll and employee data which can take extra time.
