Good for basic tracking

Pros

Managing employee development plans is something I handle here and it lets me check how skills are growing, run team evaluations and look at levels. To me though, it doesn't feel too special beyond the basics.

Cons

I used this tool in two different companies for several years. In my view, it's more of a �nice to have� tool because this kind of tracking can be done in other ways. Motivation for using it was pretty low for me and it's also tough to confirm accuracy. At the end of the day, a people team could even manage it with a simple spreadsheet.
