Perfect for small businesses

Pros

Posting jobs and reviewing resumes is quick and simple especially when dealing with a smaller applicant pool. I like that it includes tools such as pre-screen questions, video interviews and e-signatures that can be adjusted based on hiring needs. It works well for small businesses since the pricing makes sense for teams without large recruiting budgets.

Cons

This platform isn't built for larger organizations. I think having more search filters would really help expand the candidate search options.

Helps us shortlist candidates

Pros

What I really enjoy about this app is how it helps us assess and shortlist candidates right from the start without wasting time.

Cons

One downside I've noticed is that candidates need to download the app in order to complete the video introduction step of the interview.
