simplicity of the interface is that I really like about this tool, everything feels easy and user friendly. The candidate contact information is also spot on accurate which saves me tons of time when reaching out to people.
Cons
We use Loxo at our company and the integration doesn't work smoothly, I would love to see better compatibility with more ATs and CRM systems.

Having everything in one place makes it so much easier for me to find quality profiles from different sources. Searching for diverse candidates is easy and there's plenty of prospects to choose from. Filtering system also works really well for me.
Cons
Interface feels a bit clunky and could use some work. I would love to see more filtering options added to make navigation easier.

Finding talent and running outreach campaigns has been great with this platform. The profiles and email addresses are great, plus exporting lists is easy. The interface works really well for us, we've built a workflow that fits perfectly with our process. The sourcing sprints work amazingly with the AI engine, making everything much more efficient for me.
Cons
Being stuck using the web browser on my phone. When I need to work on mobile, it is frustrating since there's no dedicated app. You'd think by now they would have prioritized building one, fingers crossed for android first! It's not a dealbreaker though since most of my work happens on my laptop anyway.

Filtering system is incredibly well organized and being able to save my lists for companies and schools has been a game changer. Sourcing becomes much faster this way. What really stands out is how easy it is to organize projects plus having candidate contact info right there where I need it. The export feature that matches my ATs format is also really convenient.
Cons
Finding the right candidates can be frustrating, sometimes I have to search multiple times before getting decent results. The project based recommendations are pretty inconsistent and don't always match what I'm actually looking for.

Cons
Candidate email addresses are frequently wrong or there are so many listed that its difficult to determine for me which one is actually correct. Plus, to get quality search results I need to add tons of NOTs or exclusions instead of the search automatically matching precisely to the job titles I input.

Boolean search builder is fantastic for niche recruiting, it really takes the guesswork out of crafting complex searches. What I love most is the Chrome extension that works across different profile pages. It not only pulls contact info but also suggests similar candidates which makes sourcing so much more efficient.
Cons
search function doesn't seem to learn or improve from previous queries which is frustrating. Also uploading spreadsheets could be more easy, the process feels unnecessarily complicated for something I do regularly.

Cons
I encountered issues with the AI-generated data and matching email patterns. Often, the work emails were outdated by several years. For instance, one key contact had an email listed that was 8 years old from a company he left long ago.

Never used a platform this simple before. I notice the system actually learns as it's used, which feels really smart. For anyone into advanced sourcing tech, I think this is worth the investment. Truly seems like the future of sourcing.
Cons
Messaging system is pretty frustrating, messages get jumbled together in one column instead of being organized within each prospect's profile where they belong. It makes it really hard to keep track of conversations. Also, the prospect management could use some work. There's no simple way to separate prospects who've been rejected from those who might be interested down the road. Would love to see a better future prospect feature that handles this distinction more clearly.
