It's amazing how the tool finds candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed that I missed during my own searches.
Cons
Talent pool feels pretty small. Also some candidate profiles are missing email addresses so you'll end up having to make cold calls more often than you'd like.

Definitely recommend this platform. I find it gives accurate, up to date contact info and links to professional profiles, saving me lots of time.
Cons
sometimes the candidate info it pulls isn't accurate, emails especially can be off which means I end up contacting the wrong person. This messes with my outreach sequences and wastes time when I'm trying to reach someone specific. It doesn't happen constantly but it's definitely frustrating when it does.
