Finds hidden candidates but small talent pool and missing emails

Pros

It's amazing how the tool finds candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed that I missed during my own searches.

Cons

Talent pool feels pretty small. Also some candidate profiles are missing email addresses so you'll end up having to make cold calls more often than you'd like.

Pros

automatic Boolean search saves me a ton of time and gives excellent results when I'm looking for specific information.

perfect for multi platform sourcing

Pros

Love how this tool searches across 40+ platforms like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, GitHub and Facebook. I also appreciate how it integrates smoothly with ATs systems and the AI keeps finding qualified candidates even when I'm not actively working. Nothing else comes close.

Cons

Not being able to run multiple skills at the same time really limits my workflow when I need to multitask.

Precise Candidate Filters

Pros

What stands out most to me is how specific the search filters are. I can narrow down candidates in so many ways. The accuracy and efficiency during searches really impress me.

Cons

I can't think of anything I really dislike about it though I'd love to see a feature that shows whether candidates are open to being contacted for new opportunities.

Useful sourcing and email tool

Pros

I mainly use HireEZ for contact information and it usually provides accurate email data. Right now, it is my go to tool for finding contact information.

Cons

I've tried the sourcing features but found them less robust compared to other competitor tools.

accurate contact information

Pros

Definitely recommend this platform. I find it gives accurate, up to date contact info and links to professional profiles, saving me lots of time.

Cons

sometimes the candidate info it pulls isn't accurate, emails especially can be off which means I end up contacting the wrong person. This messes with my outreach sequences and wastes time when I'm trying to reach someone specific. It doesn't happen constantly but it's definitely frustrating when it does.

Pros

How it pulls prospects from multiple job boards and various sources is something I really like. The help with spotting diversity candidates is also really valuable.

Cons
