Pros
Chrome extension for finding emails is fantastic for me, that's definitely my go to feature and the one I rely on most.
Cons
Daily limit of just 3 uses for the Chrome extension which is really frustrating for me. Other platforms like seekOut offer way more contacts per month, around 500, which makes this feel pretty restrictive.

Pros
Organizing candidates by project and tracking progress is really easy. I also appreciate how it pulls from multiple sources and takes me straight to candidates' LinkedIn profiles.
Cons
Price point is pretty steep though I figure it should pay for itself after just a few successful hires. My biggest frustration is that most of the candidates I contact seem to be passive job seekers who aren't really looking to make a move.

system feels pretty easy and simple to navigate. It gives me great ways to spot talent from different external candidate pools. I can create messaging templates and easily incorporate email correspondence into my workflow.
Cons
Can't really give a complete evaluation right now. But when I'm looking for diverse talent, it would be helpful if the system could better identify candidates from Middle Eastern countries like India, Iran and Pakistan, plus other african nations.

I've found five major advantages that really stand out. First the talent sourcing features help me tap into candidates I wouldn't have found otherwise. Second, having comprehensive contact details readily available saves tons of time. Third, the email sequencing functionality keeps my outreach organized and consistent. Fourth, the market insights give me valuable data to make better decisions. Finally the customer service team especially Eddie and suman provide exceptional support whenever I need help.
Cons
sometimes I noticed the system runs a bit slow though customer service helped sort that out. Not all profiles include personal contact details but it's still way better than what we had before using this tool.

I'm able to reach way more applicants now and create email campaigns without all the extra admin work. The scheduling feature for campaigns is really handy too.
Cons
The email addresses can be a bit off sometimes which is honestly pretty embarrassing even though it's minor compared to all the benefits. And there's no mobile app available so I'm stuck using the web browser on my phone for everything. Really hoping the development team creates one soon, we're overdue for that feature. An alert system would also help catch issues with recent conversations and emails before they become problems.
