Pros
search functionality here really lets me drill down into specific keywords within candidate profiles much better than what I've experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter. Their database quality is outstanding, probably one of the strongest I've worked with. Once I get everything configured properly, it becomes a real time saver for candidate outreach. What I particularly appreciate is how the profile search capabilities seem more precise and yield better matches compared to other platforms. They're flexible with payment options too and I notice they're always rolling out improvements based on what users are asking for.
Cons
The CRM/ATs integration could definitely be stronger, fingers crossed they'll improve this soon. Would be fantastic if it worked with LinkedIn Recruiter too since right now I'm stuck updating both the ATs and LI Recruiter separately which means doing everything twice.

Interface is really simple and helps me get things done quickly without any confusion.
Cons
GitHub sourcing for tech roles could be stronger in my opinion. While it does have some GitHub and technical sourcing features, other platforms offer more advanced power filters and better filtering based on specific tech stack expertise. That said this tool is definitely faster and has a much simpler, easier to use interface compared to alternatives.

I'm impressed by the massive candidate pool especially for those tough to fill tech positions. The AI quality really stands out, it efficiently searches through talent across various sources and channels. Cons
Can't narrow down my search when there's more than 1000 candidates in a project, it just stops filtering after that limit which is really frustrating when I am dealing with larger talent pools.

search functionality is really well designed in my opinion. Being able to create custom lists and either target specific areas or exclude them entirely makes finding the right candidates much more efficient for me.
Cons
Preset experience categories feel limiting, I'd prefer a slider that lets me set custom ranges instead of being stuck with their predefined buckets.

I can quickly drop in job descriptions and it picks up the main keywords automatically. Then it helps me build Boolean search strings from those suggestions which makes finding the right candidates so much easier.
Cons
I sometimes question the aI's ability to properly analyze keywords from job descriptions and the Boolean string suggestions it provides. The developers really need to focus more on improving the AI capabilities and overall tool functionality, that's what the market demands right now.

What I love most is how simple it is to use and how it finds candidates that actually match what I'm looking for! I've discovered people I never would have found through LinkedIn Recruiter alone. I use this for literally every search now. Currently on the professional plan and the AI feature is fantastic, it quickly generates way more candidate options than I could find manually. Being able to export everything into a detailed spreadsheet and import directly into our ATs saves me tons of time. Sure, the enterprise version probably has extra features I'd enjoy but this level does exactly what I need. The support team is incredibly responsive too, they usually get back to me within an hour. I've also noticed they've been including more phone numbers and email addresses lately which is really helpful.
Cons
I can't think of anything I really dislike about it. There are definitely more features I'd like to explore but since I'm the only one using it, I haven't gotten around to trying everything out yet.

Having multiple email templates ready to go saves me tons of time and the automated email sequences work well. Usually see decent responses by the third email in the chain.
Cons
I appreciate how comprehensive this tool is but there's one issue that trips me up. When a candidate appears in multiple projects, I sometimes end up contacting them twice because I forget to check the notes. Honestly there isn't much I can complain about with this platform. Occasionally I'll get a wrong email address which can be a bit awkward when reaching out to candidates. It's really minor compared to all the benefits though. I also wish it would filter out work email addresses automatically but I get why agency recruiters would want those. It's easy enough to just delete them from your contacts if you don't want to use someone's work email like we do.
