Email templates are fantastic, they sound professional and offer plenty of variety to choose from. I can filter candidates by their current and past companies which gives me way more reach than LinkedIn Recruiter. What really sets this apart though is the community aspect. I don't feel like just another customer here, more like part of a family. They actually listen to feedback and make changes based on suggestions which is something I haven't experienced with other platforms.
Cons
I wish there was a clearer way to distinguish between candidates who need sponsorship and those who don't.

Contact info feature is absolutely the best part for me. Super easy to use with practically no learning curve which is perfect since I never read directions anyway. Their chat support is really helpful when needed. Having the drip-email campaign built right in is convenient and I love how simple it is to download contact info or connect to your ATs. The monthly payment option they added is huge, so many people think it costs $8-12k annually but that depends on which version your using.

Nothing comes to my mind really....... this is genuinely a fantastic tool that I turn to first whenever I'm sourcing.

Team really listens to what we need and actually uses our feedback when building new features, they get that recruiters know what works best. I haven't found anything better for sourcing diverse candidates, it's been a game changer for our hiring goals. The email sequencing feature blows other standalone tools out of the water and having it integrated makes everything so much smoother.
Cons
Takes some time to really get the hang of everything. While they do provide training to help me learn the system, I still need to put in the effort and dedicate time to actually practice using all the features.

Their FREE Chrome extension is brilliant for testing the waters if you're hesitant about the full investment. Once you start using that extension though, upgrading to the complete platform becomes an obvious choice. What I really value is simplicity when finding quality candidates, plus access to a comprehensive database, this tool delivers on both fronts and then some. The customer support experience has been excellent so far, with the overall user experience being top notch. Keke and Winona have been absolutely amazing to work with.

This is hands down the best sourcing tool I've worked with. Even though it's an american company, the search results and contact finding features work brilliantly for recruiting in the UK and EU markets, actually outperforms some of the more locally focused tools I've tried. The interface is clean and simple which matters when you're using something repeatedly throughout the day. Other platforms can feel messy and clunky but this one just flows naturally. The Chrome extension makes it super easy to grab email contacts and fire off messages quickly. I'm not exactly a power user but for finding quality candidates I might have missed otherwise and reaching out to them easily, nothing else comes close. The support team deserves a mention too, they're always helpful and Ninh Tran in particular has been fantastic to work with.
Cons
I can't really think of anything major that bothers me about it. Yeah yeah, no software is flawless but this has the smoothest user experience I've encountered after testing several similar tools.

I like that HireEZ sources candidates not only from online platforms like LinkedIn but also from places like CareerBuilder. I also like that HireEZ allows me to email candidates directly from the system, integrate with my own email and track clicks, opens and declines.
Cons
HireEZ is powerful but its complexity sometimes makes finding things difficult. It's more intuitive than other AI sourcing tools I've tried and the UI/UX is better, but I still believe improvements could make it more user-friendly and efficient.
