People Resolutions can host HR Manage for the client or it can be installed on the client's servers. Each client gets their own dedicated database so it is possible to switch to on-premise later on. For support purposes though, if hosted at the client, VPN access would be required for the client's key account manager (who assists with implementation, support and configuration) and technical support specialist (who assists with upgrades).

No, HR Manage does not offer a mobile app, but the web application is designed to be mobile friendly.

If the client have all their policies and structures in place and know how they want it to work, HR Manage can be fully implemented in a month. The implementation specialist (usually People Resolutions) will assist with the configuration and implementation to help getting the system ready for go-live.
