“Convenient payroll functions”
Pros
I find the payroll functions and handling quarterly TDS returns very convenient. Tracking individual employee attendance is not an issue and the reporting capabilities are excellent. There's a wide variety of reports available plus we've been able to customize them to match our specific needs perfectly.
Cons
Sometimes it doesn't refresh properly when switching between companies but that's the only problem I've encountered.
