Match.HR Features

Match.HR features a personality test based on the Big Five (OCEAN) model to evaluate traits such as openness and conscientiousness. Such assessment helps organizations align candidates with company culture and job demands, leading to improved engagement and performance.

See How It Works

The platform offers a motivation test rooted in Clare Graves’s theory. It measures six motivational drivers and ranks them to understand what energizes a candidate, helping employers identify individuals who are more likely to thrive in the long term.

Pros

Our agency has been growing steadily and we now have vacancies popping up yea -round. This means the traditional process of reviewing resumes, inviting candidates and having interviews became more and more time-consuming. In the past, we had time to invite some candidates who weren't the best fit but now with our growing team, this takes up too much time. We started using MatchHR to ensure that every candidate we invite is the right fit. The tool is incredibly easy to use and provides great insights into the best candidates. We're now hiring just as skilled, if not more skilled, people but we're saving a lot of time per vacancy thanks to MatchHR.

Cons

Sometimes it feels too black and white when determining if a candidate is a good fit based on the criteria you've set as important. It's really something you need to think through carefully before sending out the tests.
