Right from the start the value stood out along with how simple it is to use! The backend support has been solid, the support team has been excellent to work with and I really appreciate that vacation and paid time off are tracked with a clear time and date stamp :)

Honestly I haven't run into any downsides. I've used more expensive scheduling software before and this one has actually been the better option while also being the most cost effective.
