Pros

Streamlines hiring with excellent results

Pros

Makes talent selection so much more efficient, whether we're hiring externally or handling internal transfers. I love how it matches candidates objectively based on their profiles and qualifications for specific roles. The interface is user-friendly and it doesn't take long to get the hang of it. What's really great is how customizable everything is, we've been able to set it up exactly how we need it to work for our company.

Cons

It would be helpful if employers could input the salary package offered by our company when posting positions, as this feature seems to be missing from an otherwise comprehensive tool.
