Pros

Running hiring through this platform has saved me a huge amount of time. All applications are stored and organized in one place so I'm not digging through emails anymore. The job match feature quickly brings up the most suitable candidates with just a click which makes the whole process very efficient. Everything related to hiring including statuses and past data, stays in one place so it's easy to come back to if I need to recruit again. It really feels like a complete hiring platform. Setup at the beginning was very simple and whenever I needed help, the team was responsive right away with just a message.
