Strong HR compliance with flexible deployment

Pros

OxyHRMS provides strong UK compliance features and flexible deployment options making it a great solution for scaling. Plus it efficiently covers all key HR functions. Though integration can require some effort the overall experience of ours has been positive.

Cons

There are a few things I noticed such as no public user reviews to confirm the claims made. The pricing is quote-based and as the system scales, costs may go up. Additionally the cloud version relies on the vendor for updates and uptime, while on-prem setups put the responsibility for maintenance on the users.
