Unfortunately, I haven't found any advantages yet, though I acknowledge that data is captured correctly which exceeds my expectations given the software's other limitations.
Cons
I think the usabillity is very poor. Even IT savvy employees need short training just to log working hours. Instead of common interaction methods, it relies on hidden drag and drop menus that feel overcomplicated for my company and cause long loading times.

I appreciate being able to quickly clock my time immediately after logging in. The system provides me with a clear overview of my hours and vacation days, with more detailed information easily accessible when I need it. Payroll documents and time stamps are conveniently organized in a separate folder for our team.
Cons
Although rare, the program can crash for me sometimes or the server becomes unreachable but fortunately time stamps can still be added later.
