“great for surveys and documents
Pros
I really value the surveys that leadership sends out as it is great to have that feedback loop. It's also super helpful having a central spot for all company documents and training materials. Having everything HR-related in one convenient location makes things so much easier.
Cons
While I find the training helpful, it seems somewhat limited in what it can cover.

Pros
The paycheck preview feature is really helpful for employees and the whole system is simple to use for them.
Cons
From an admin perspective, it feels very hands-on with little flexibility around position seats. I also run into frequent technical issues.

Cons
I was not a fan of the onboarding process or how long it took to get comfortable using the software.

Pros
I love having an app that keeps my schedule, payroll details and tax information all in one spot. The layout is clean and user friendly too.
Cons
It is a bit too easy to select the wrong punch type by mistake.

Pros
Payroll and onboarding are now quick and simple. And I really like having all employee information centralized in one place.
Cons
Time punches and edits could be improved for example, the system allows duplicate punches like two clock-ins instead of prompting the user to edit the existing one. PTO settings need more customizable rules and I am not fond of how seats are handled.

Logging in is simple and whether you are an employee or a manager, you can find most of the information you need quickly and easily.
Cons

Cons

We can manage everything for each employee in one system from time-off requests to scheduling, clock-ins, applicant tracking, background checks, onboarding, benefits enrollment, document storage, employee notifications, reporting and much more. Plus it is easy to navigate and use daily.

Pros
The customer support here is incredible and they actually contact me more often than I need to reach out to them. Whenever I do call for help, I get immediate assistance from their team. What really impresses me is how they continuously enhance the software without breaking existing features that already work well. I'm extremely satisfied with my overall experience.
Cons
The price point sits above competitors, though the reliable performance, solid support team and frequent feature updates justify the expense.

“Powerful reporting with minor quirks
Pros
User interface is fantastic and the custom reporting features are really impressive. Getting company information set up has never been a hassle and those hover guides that pop up when you're creating new entries are very helpful. Whenever I've run into issues, support has been quick to help out efficiently. The representatives are always friendly and knowledgeable, even when I'm not talking to my usual contact person. The training sessions I've joined have been well put together and informative.
Cons
Custom reports work fine most of the time but there's this annoying issue where copying and pasting creates a cell with "Generated by Super Report Writer" text that messes up my document formatting. I've tried different approaches to avoid this but nothing works, not sure why that feature even exists. Also finding filters on certain screens can be tricky especially in the expense queue. Would love to see better filter options across all the different screens.

Pros
how the workflows connect everything from when someone applies through actually getting hired & it makes onboarding much smoother and more accurate.
Cons
The tax team's accuracy is all over the place and they'll randomly miss payments for taxes that have been running smoothly for years. When mistakes happen, they rarely take responsibility and instead try to put the blame back on us.
