I like that you can access W-2 forms from previous years whenever needed.

There is not really anything I dislike about it as it is a great system for tracking hours.

It is simple to use and a great all-in-one platform, suitable for businesses of any size.

None as it is a fantastic app. All our employees are actively using it now.

Since 2023 their customer service has gotten much better and I like the system's interface as it is very user friendly.

Nothing at the moment. As I mentioned before their customer service has improved a lot since 2023, making it much easier to work with them.

We had live support during setup and help is always just a call or email away for new questions or payroll issues.

One thing I noticed is that we are not always notified about changes or updates in advance.

Well it is frustrating that I cannot make certain changes without going through a customer service representative.

I really like how simple the reporting is and how easy Paycom makes payroll.

Umm I really wish we could access state tax reports more easily and had more flexibility in configuring PTO settings. Also when the overtime law changed in July, I hoped there would be a smoother way to handle OT payments for salaried employees.

Processing everything is not a problem and I do not feel stressed getting employee hours and details together.

I still want to be able to run the specific reports I need in a format that's easy to understand.

The learning management section is one of my favorite features.

Personally, I do not like having to adjust the date every single time I add a new punch.

It includes a lot of useful tools like the Paycom Learning system and basic HR functions such as approving time off. There is also an applicant tracking system we have not started using yet since we have had the platform for a few years.

Cons

We attempted to use it for our Australian operations but the app was not functional there. We ran into issues like requiring social security numbers for login which do not exist in Australia and inability to adapt payroll tax rates for the region. Although we were told it would work, during implementation it fell short which disappointed our management team. The interface also feels outdated, reminiscent of 90s software.

I love how simple it is to clock in and out and how easy it is to look up information when I need to.

Cons

Nothing that I dislike about it.

Some parts of the user interface were clunkier than I'd prefer and navigating through the system was not always easy.

Getting all the initial data entered during the setup phase was a little difficult.

Paycom is simple to use for me as a manager and for my team too. I also like having a detailed desktop version and a quick mobile app for when I am on the move.

Implementation team was fantastic to work with. They're incredibly responsive when issues come up and always quick to find solutions. Really impressed with how smooth the whole process has been.

I'm really impressed with the customer service, both our sales rep and the new client setup representative have been fantastic. The implementation process was surprisingly smooth and simple too.

The system is quite comprehensive, which can make it challenging to navigate at first.

Pros

UI is incredibly user-friendly and navigation feels so easy. I appreciate how simple the instructions are throughout the platform. Being able to print paystubs and adjust withholdings directly online saves me so much time and there are plenty of other useful features to explore.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as problematic, this tool worked well for our company and I didn't come across any significant issues during my time using it.
