“Great specialist support
Pros
I appreciate having a dedicated specialist assigned to help and the customer service has been excellent overall. The application itself is easy to get started with and doesn't take long to learn the ropes.
Cons
New terminated employee feature in Beti is really confusing and doesnt work like I expect it to. I avoid using it when possible but then Paycom won't properly end certain earnings. Several forms need updates to match recent changes and it feels like some improvements weren't tested by actual users like me. Text doesn't wrap correctly and sometimes you can't even see the words properly.

I find this platform really easy to use and the customer support team has been incredibly helpful whenever I've reached out. The pricing is quite fair for what you get which makes it accessible for our dealership's budget.

Pros
My rep has been absolutely fantastic - always friendly, helpful and responds quickly whenever we run into issues. I never get that runaround feeling where I'm bounced between different people to solve problems. We use this daily and find the system really simple ro use. The help center and resources are also quite useful when I need to figure something out on my own.
Cons

“Great but needs payroll timing fixes
Pros
It handles everything we need it to do and whenever I run into questions, the support reps are always there to help me out.
Cons
I really wish there was a way to schedule future hire dates without automatically adding people to payroll. Like if I set up someone on 10/25 who doesn't start until 10/30, but payroll runs on 10/28, they end up getting paid for the whole period even though they haven't worked yet.

This platform covers everything I need, payroll processing, employee relations, learning modules and hiring tools all in one place. Really convenient having all these features integrated together instead of juggling multiple systems.
Cons
The sheer number of features can feel overwhelming at first, though its definitely something you can get the hang of with some time.

It offers tons of modules that let us consolidate most of our HR functions in one place. Our Paycom specialist has stuck around longer recently and from an HR standpoint, they've been really helpful and respond pretty quickly to our needs.
Cons
Umm this platform currently doesn't support texting features for existing staff. Additionally, while the system allows for banking updates, the lack of prenote verification means we can't enable self-service for employees to change their direct deposit information.

I love having everything in one place from posting job openings to managing payroll and benefits. The complete employee lifecycle management means we don't need multiple tools anymore and both the web and mobile apps work seamlessly for our team. The implementation process was smooth thanks to their expert team. They had specialists for compensation, taxes and data integration, plus project managers who made the whole transition feel easy. Their support is outstanding. We have dedicated technical and functional advisors who help with daily operations and generating GL reports through there built-in reporting engine is simple. Our employees picked it up quickly too, both part-time and full-time staff along with admin personnel, started using it effectively right away.
Cons
One area where I've noticed room for improvement involves managing student workers in higher education. Students often juggle multiple positions under different supervisors and while the system handles multiple jobs, there's a tricky oversight issue. Any supervisor can approve all of an employee's time across departments, not just their own. This makes it tough for department heads to track changes or manage their specific departmental hours effectively.

“fantastic support but a bit pricey
Pros
The customer support at Paycom is fantastic as they actually check in with me more often than I need to contact them. Whenever I do need help, I get through to the support team right away and receive immediate assistance. They are always enhancing their software too, without disrupting features that already work well. My experience with it has been nothing short of excellent.
Cons
In my opinion the price is a little steep compared to some alternatives but the reliability, helpful customer service and steady stream of new features make it worthwhile.

My dedicated specialist and the outstanding customer service are big pluses.
Cons
The recently added terminated employee process in Beti needs significant improvement as it is confusing and does not work as expected. When I avoid using it, it does not stop certain earnings properly. Some forms are outdated compared to recent updates and it feels like some changes were not tested by actual end users. Text formatting issues also make parts hard to read.
