Everything we need in one place!!

Pros

I'm really impressed with how this comprehensive system brings together HR and payroll functions in one user-friendly platform. The range of features is fantastic from talent acquisition to expense tracking, compliance and reporting. It truly serves as a one-stop solution for our needs. As a government sub-contractor with unique challenges, this has been a game-changer compared to our previous system that required hours of manual work. Now we can streamline processes without compromising on results. What stands out is how easy it is for employees to use. The interactive design really enhances the user experience and cuts down the learning curve significantly. Employees can handle their own changes with minimal help from our admin team and I've had so many thank us for making this switch. They genuinely feel more connected and comfortable with the platform. The customer support team deserves special recognition. Our transition specialist Aimee Flato has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Her patience and creative problem-solving for our company's unique quirks has been amazing. She even took time to personally train some of our most resistant employees, getting their buy-in was huge but her gentle approach had them actually complimenting the new system. The support has been crucial in resolving issues quickly and keeping everything running smoothly. Based on our experience, I'd definitely recommend this system to any organization looking for a robust, integrated solution. The comprehensive features, user-friendly design and reliable support make it an excellent choice for optimizing operations.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to get comfortable with if your coming from an older system but once you adjust its really smooth sailing.

Great help and easy for everyone

Pros

I've rolled this out at two different companies and both experiences were fantastic. The support I received was incredible and the implementation team really took the time to walk me through everything so I felt confident during the transition and beyond when working with the ongoing support team. The long-term support folks are equally impressive. Honestly, I've never had a negative interaction with anyone there & they're always available when I need help. What really stands out is how user-friendly everything is. The accessibility is outstanding and our staff absolutely loves using it. The built-in analytics and comprehensive reporting tools make it so much easier to make informed HR decisions based on actual data rather than guesswork.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that there really isnt much to criticize and maybe just minor interface tweaks here and there but honestly thats being picky.

Employees love it, great support

Pros

I appreciate how employees now take ownership of their time and payroll tracking. The interface is user-friendly and getting it up and running was smooth. Customer support has been phenomenal & they really go above and beyond. There's an impressive range of features available and the integration process went smoothly.

Cons

works well but not customizable

Pros

The payroll system works very efficiently. Automated features help us reduce mistakes and employees can handle their own HR needs like clocking in, submitting timesheets, enrolling in benefits and checking pay stubs.

Cons

There are not as many customization options as I'd like. Even though it has a lot of features, you cannot always adapt it to fit our specific business processes.

Pros

Everything we need is in Paycom from scheduling and adjustments to personnel action forms and ongoing training.

Cons

Well the approval process is pretty clunky as it shows who the approvers are but does not give any insight into why a request is stuck with a particular person.

Superior, user-friendly technology

Pros

I've checked out several payroll companies and honestly, this one stands out with its superior technology. The interface is very user-friendly which makes my daily work much smoother. We just went through a reimplementation to add more products and I was amazed at how seamless the whole process was. The implementation team really knows their stuff and made everything simple.

Cons

Getting customer service help used to be a real struggle for me but they've completely revamped their support approach and now I get fast responses from knowledgeable staff who actually solve my problems.

Smooth but takes time to learn

Pros

I really appreciate how everything is centralized and organized by category & it makes finding what we need so much easier. The user-friendly interface has made our integration process way smoother than expected. Since we're in the system constantly throughout the day, we needed something that could keep up with our heavy usage and this definitely delivers. The smooth integration process was honestly invaluable for our workflow.

Cons

The setup process has quite a learning curve with data configuration spread across different areas. Until we get more comfortable with where everything goes, it feels a bit overwhelming. Customer support has been responsive when we've reached out though which helps.

Pros

I've built strong relationships with their team over the years and I really appreciate how they handle our organization's data. They maintain data integrity at the highest level and unlike many other providers who turn around and sell your employee information. Always check your contracts for this! Data security becomes more critical as everything goes digital. Whenever I need to troubleshoot something, we can easily work through the system using features that make everything easy to navigate. Their customer support is absolutely stellar. If I'm not logged in daily, I'm probably on vacation, though they have an app for that too! We've successfully integrated with our benefit providers through secure data feeds over time.

Cons

For our organization's size, there really aren't any major drawbacks and we're constantly finding new ways to make the most of what it offers. My rep can definitely vouch for that!

Easy with amazing support

Pros

The interface is pretty simple to use but what really sets this apart is our account rep. They go above and beyond with personalized support and stay in touch regularly and honestly can't ask for better service on that front.

Cons

The workflow approval process for performance reviews could definitely be smoother, that's really my only complaint about the system.

Flexible payroll system with much-improved support

Pros

I like how flexible the payroll system is and there are so many different payment options for our team. When we first switched over, the customer support wasn't great but they've really stepped up their game since then and that's honestly why we've stuck with them.

Cons

The initial training fell short of what we needed. When they implemented Beti, it wasn't tailored to our specific requirements at all.

All-in-one tool and improving

Pros

Having everything bundled together in one system is convenient, the ATS, payroll, LMS and GL features all work seamlessly together which saves me from juggling multiple platforms.

Cons

game-changer for payroll

Pros

It has completely transformed how we handle payroll and benefits, everything feels so much smoother now. Our team members can actually manage their own compensation and benefits which has been a game-changer for accountability. The implementation process was surprisingly simple and their support team was very helpful throughout. What I really appreciate is having everything integrated in one place, no more manual data transfers between systems. The built-in security features are also fantastic for protecting our team from all those scam attempts we constantly deal with.

Cons

The applicant process could be more streamlined, as it feels less intuitive than other systems. Locating offer letters after hiring is also challenging, as they remain within the original application rather than being easily accessible in the employee file

Good but support is slow

Pros

The different modules work together flawleslly and the integration capabilities are solid. What stands out most is how simple everything is to use.
