“Smooth transition, cuts time in half

Transition was smooth and painless, with lots of personal training sessions that really helped. We've managed to cut our payroll processing time by 50% which has been a huge time-saver.

Cons

Its difficult to use when you first start using it.

The implementation team is fantastic and really knows their stuff. The software itself performs excellently and meets all our needs.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides, though I do wish the Timecard feature was a bit more user-friendly.

Interface really puts users first and keeps things smooth. Whether I'm using the mobile app or desktop, everything I need is right at my fingertips without any issue.

Time-off management works differently from ADP which we used previously and our employees are still getting used to the change.

As an employee I find it very simple to use. Accessing current pay stubs, year-to-date earnings, withholdings and contributions is easy. The Approve My Check feature is especially helpful for catching errors before payday.

Based on my experience with various HRIS platforms, this system really hits the mark for our business needs. I can't pinpoint one specific feature that stands out but everything works together easily. The overall package just feels like the right fit compared to other solutions we've tried.

Umm the turnover rate here is pretty concerning and I've lost count of how many reps we've worked with who just disappear after we finally get comfortable with them and it's honestly frustrating to keep starting over with new people all the time.

What really stands out is the incredible team behind this platform. The interface is friendly and our rollout went seamlessly, when you're pressed for time, having smooth implementation and integration makes all the difference. Coming from our previous solution, I'm impressed by how many capabilities this offers beyond what we expected. Generating reports is simple too and we managed to consolidate four separate systems into one while actually cutting costs. We're planning to expand our use beyond just HR and payroll into training and onboarding new hires. The support during setup has been outstanding, Brandon and Denise really delivered exceptional service throughout the whole process.

Cons

Main downside I've noticed is having to enter the security passcode more often than I anticipated, though I understand they're working on adjusting this internally. Otherwise, there really aren't many negatives and if anything, comparing it to our old antiquated systems just makes me wish we'd made the switch sooner.

Honestly can't think of much I dislike about it. Everything our company needs has been covered so far and I'm confident we won't need to look elsewhere.

Support team really stands out as the strongest feature. My account executive and specialists know their stuff inside and out and they're always there when I need answers. Even when I've had to work with other specialists, they've all been just as helpful and well-informed.

Cons

Learning curve is steep since the system has so many detailed features. I'm constantly figuring out how to find or modify things and I'm usually just a step or two away from getting it right. Takes time to master all the intricate processes.

It doesn't let staff clock in unless they are within specific location boundaries.

The account reps we've dealt with have been pretty unreliable and don't really know the product well. Over the past 2 years, we've had at least 5 different reps who seemed unfamiliar with how things actually work.

The mobile app is a standout as it lets me manage my time, request time off and access HR materials wherever I am, which has been a game-changer.
