Pros
Transition was smooth and painless, with lots of personal training sessions that really helped. We've managed to cut our payroll processing time by 50% which has been a huge time-saver.

As an employee I find it very simple to use. Accessing current pay stubs, year-to-date earnings, withholdings and contributions is easy. The Approve My Check feature is especially helpful for catching errors before payday.

Based on my experience with various HRIS platforms, this system really hits the mark for our business needs. I can't pinpoint one specific feature that stands out but everything works together easily. The overall package just feels like the right fit compared to other solutions we've tried.
Cons
Umm the turnover rate here is pretty concerning and I've lost count of how many reps we've worked with who just disappear after we finally get comfortable with them and it's honestly frustrating to keep starting over with new people all the time.

“An incredible team behind it
Pros
What really stands out is the incredible team behind this platform. The interface is friendly and our rollout went seamlessly, when you're pressed for time, having smooth implementation and integration makes all the difference. Coming from our previous solution, I'm impressed by how many capabilities this offers beyond what we expected. Generating reports is simple too and we managed to consolidate four separate systems into one while actually cutting costs. We're planning to expand our use beyond just HR and payroll into training and onboarding new hires. The support during setup has been outstanding, Brandon and Denise really delivered exceptional service throughout the whole process.
Cons
Main downside I've noticed is having to enter the security passcode more often than I anticipated, though I understand they're working on adjusting this internally. Otherwise, there really aren't many negatives and if anything, comparing it to our old antiquated systems just makes me wish we'd made the switch sooner.
