It is user-friendly and the report writer lets me create practical, helpful reports which is a definite plus.
Cons

Pros
The site is simple to navigate. Our anesthesia group uses Paycom and we are very happy with it.
Cons
Nothing at all as I really like it. We use two payroll systems, Paycom and Qgenda and it is much easier to use while Qgenda is significantly more expensive.

“Smooth from start to finish
Pros
The transition from purchase to setup was incredibly smooth. Both the implementation crew and ongoing support staff have been fantastic to work with. What stands out most is how user-friendly it is for everyone, whether your an employee, manager or administrator.
Cons
I have no cons to mention, pretty happy with everything.

“Perfect for staff and managers
Pros
Finding a system that works well for both staff and management was crucial for us. It became obvious pretty quickly that this platform would deliver exactly what we needed, plus their customer support is outstanding. The whole setup process went incredibly smoothly and the service we got throughout was absolutely first-rate!

“My go-to hr tool!

My go to tool for all my HR tasks. Customer service has been consistently helpful & they always ask for my designated specialist and try to connect us directly. When that person isn't available, they quickly get me someone else from the team who can assist. What I really appreciate is how reliable this platform is at finding solutions whenever issues come up. The interface is so user-friendly and can be customized to fit any business needs.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is adding a unit input option when clocking in. Our group fitness instructors get paid per class (1 unit = 1 class) but right now we have to track everything manually in a book and enter the units each payroll cycle. It would be much simpler if staff could log their own units and we could just verify them like we do with hourly employees.

We rely on this platform for everything at our company & it's genuinely a comprehensive solution for business operations. As someone in recruiting, I appreciate how smoothly payroll integrates with all HR functions. Performance reviews get stored right in employee files which keeps everything organized. “fantastic switch from paychex
Pros
Our switch from Paychex has been absolutely fantastic. The onboarding process went smoothly thanks to Haley B. and Peyton K, they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly they addressed our concerns and how supportive they were throughout the transition. The team loves all the features in this new system and we're actually saving money in the process.
Cons
The benefits specialist assigned to us could've done a better job communicating directly with our new 401K provider (Human Interest, which Paycom recommended). Not a huge issue since we stepped in to keep everyone aligned but would've been smoother otherwise.

Pricing structure is really reasonable and the implementation team was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. The training they provided was thorough and well-organized. What I appreciate most is having everything consolidated into one comprehensive HR system instead of juggling multiple platforms.
Cons
The General Ledger functionality was somewhat challenging to use, though the team did put in effort to help us customize and improve it as we went along.

Having someone I can reach out to directly for payroll questions has been really helpful & there's always a specialist available by phone or email who knows their stuff.
Cons
The training for our package upgrade was pretty much nonexistent. Once our salesman left, we were basically on our own with no one to guide us through the new features.

I like how clean and organized the interface looks, you can actually see what you need without feeling overwhelmed. Unlike other cluttered systems, this one lets you take in everything at a glance. What's really nice is watching them continuously develop it over the years, adding modules like HRIS functionality beyond just basic payroll. For everyday tasks, finding information and going around feels very simple.
Cons
Reporting section is pretty simple to use but I often want to generate specific reports that I just can't figure out how to create. I also feel limited in terms of controlling the data and customizing how everything is organized and it doesn't offer the same level of flexibility as something like Dayforce which gives you way more customization options (though that might be better for people with stronger technical backgrounds).
