“Intuitive but not fully integrated
Pros
The interface is incredibly intuitive and I can find what I need without any trouble.
Cons

“smooth platform with useful geofencing
Pros
I appreciate how smooth the setup process is and how simple it becomes to use once you're familiar with the interface. The geofencing capability really stands out to me and being able to establish boundaries where employees can clock in and out adds a layer of control that's genuinely useful for managing attendance.
Cons
The frequent MFA requirements can be annoying since my device only stays remembered for 30 days, which means I'm constantly having to enter new codes.

“inflexible and broken system
Pros
Staff members can access and modify most of their personal details themselves. Having that level of control over their own information is very helpful.
Cons
The scheduling system is incredibly rigid and time-consuming honestly, it feels nearly impossible to work with. Having non-manager schedulers makes things even worse because of how the permissions are set up. The WOTC feature is confusing and seems like it wasn't configured properly during setup, plus we never got proper training on it. ACA management is overly complicated and requires jumping between multiple screens just to find basic information. Fixing timecards is a nightmare even when staff make corrections, I have to go back and forth with them multiple times to ensure changes actually show up in the system. The Final Payouts feature simply doesn't work and even support doesn't seem to understand how it's supposed to function. The notification system is completely out of control. Overall it's clunky and difficult to use. Our staff got so frustrated with the constant notifications that most have turned them off entirely. Our previous software handled these same processes much more smoothly and efficiently. They definitely over-promised what this system could deliver.

“A capable but frustrating HR hub
Pros
What I like most is having everything in one place for all our HR needs. The payroll functionality works really well and flows easily when configured properly for smaller local businesses. The employee self-service portal is simple and convenient to use. Ask Here has been a valuable resource whenever HR questions or concerns come up.
Cons
Customer service quality varies wildly depending on who you get and finding consistent solutions from their support teams is frustrating. It seriously lacks integration flexibility with third-party providers that other HCM systems handle much better. Implementation feels rushed and half-hearted which sets you up for problems down the road. There are limitations they seem to ignore while focusing on being "innovative," making it not the best fit for everyone.

Pros
The setup process for education and training materials and documents is simple. Payroll handling is excellent. Document and training tracking is impressive. The paycheck approval feature is really cool. It's very employee friendly.
Cons
It would be great if we had the ability to create and send surveys and have more detailed reporting on them.

“Transition to Transformation

The system is intuitive, easy to use, and covers most of our compliance requirements. We are extremely satisfied with the end to end Performance Management process we have built, which significantly enhances the employee experience.
Cons
We experienced a bumpy transition from our Sales Executive, to the implementation technical team. It could have been handled more effectively. Promises were made, but working with the implementation team could have been smoother if there had been a proper transition step. This was a misstep on others part and caused some friction on our end, resulting in a delay in implementation.

Navigating the system was easy, and training the staff was never an issue.
Cons
It would have been helpful to have more time clock features or shortcuts to fix time clock errors (e.g., copy and paste). We no longer use Paycom, so I'm not familiar with the most recent version. I believe it was more expensive for the business, which is why they decided to switch to another provider.

Pros
