“User-friendly with stellar support
Pros
It is user-friendly and love how it puts all our documents online. Customer support really stands out - they walk you through everything step by step. Processing payroll is simple and since I use it daily, I can say it's genuinely easy to understand and use.
Cons
Setup was pretty challenging at first but once we figured everything out and discovered all the capabilities, it's been fantastic.

“brilliantly designed with expert support
Pros
Support team I've worked with really knows their stuff and they're always eager to help me learn the ropes. Every question gets answered thoroughly and accurately, with response times that beat any other company I've dealt with. The software itself is fantastic, you can tell it was designed with users in mind since almost everything feels interactive which isn't easy to pull off. It's obvious the whole thing was built from scratch rather than cobbling together pieces from different vendors like so many other tools do. Great product from a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
Cons
The only thing that bothers me is how some checklist steps have default text that reads like an engineer wrote it and the tone and tense aren't consistent throughout. But since you can customize all this text anyway, it won't affect your final setup unless you leave it as-is.

“An investment that pays off
Pros
It feels really flexible and interactive. You dont need to be an expert to figure out how to run reports or update employee info, everything just makes sense. What I really appreciate is that all the modules are built in-house instead of being cobbled together from different vendors like some legacy systems do which creates much better data flow. Our implementation went incredibly smooth too.
Cons
A bit expensive, though the sales folks really put in effort to help you reach your goals.

“Exhausting updates, eroding service
Pros
Easyy to use and the self-service options for staff members work great. The reporting features are solid and give me the data I need without much effort.
Cons
Customer service has really gone downhill lately and honestly the constant product updates are getting overwhelming. I get that keeping things current is important but these frequent changes feel pointless and often make things more complicated than they were before. It's exhausting trying to keep up with all of it.

“A feature-rich, forward-moving platform
Pros
I like having the integrated Time & Attendance system built right in. There's no need to deal with outside vendors or struggle through troubleshooting with multiple companies. Everything flows perfectly into payroll processing. The interface is friendly to use. What impresses me most is how they consistently release new features monthly like those email notifications for time-off requests where you can approve directly from your inbox without even logging into the platform.
Cons
Support isn't quite what it used to be as the company has expanded, though they're still miles ahead of other payroll platforms I've worked with. Having a dedicated representative is definitely a plus.

It's pretty easy to use and understand, even for beginners like me. I can effortlessly view and modify my timesheet from the comfort of my home.
Cons
I face issues with the location feature when clocking in or out frequently. To rectify it, I have to capture screenshots of my time and make adjustments later at home, which creates unnecessary hassle.

Pros
We're thrilled that our managers can easily clock in/out using their phones, no matter where they're working from. It's especially convenient when they have shifts at multiple locations.
Cons
Our only concern is the need to trust our employees not to misuse the ability to clock in and out on their phones or steal time. Fortunately, we haven't encountered this issue so far.

Pros
Not only can it be accessed on computers, but it's also available on all employee mobile devices. Employees have access to all their payroll documents. The ability to complete and store onboarding documents, trainings, time management, paystubs, tax papers, and more at their fingertips saves time and improves productivity.
Cons
There are some struggles with updating time punch change requests on both employee and supervisor screens. There can be a delay, leading to overcorrections. It also takes a considerable amount of time for employees to access the Paycom time clock after the login screen, resulting in late clock ins or clock outs.

Pros
Paycom is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. Its simple to track and manage leave accruals and receive reminders for missing punches, editing punches, and approving payroll. Setting up direct deposit and making changes is a piece of cake.
Cons
Some of the reminder emails sent to managers can be redundant.
