“powerful HR tools for teams”
Pros
Having everything centered around team building and team management makes Paycor a really capable platform. It offers a wide range of features especially on the HR side, that help managers support their employees better which can lead to stronger overall team performance.
Cons
One thing that could make Paycor even better is adding more features for informal company event planning so team members can connect outside of formal work activities.

“User-friendly onboarding experience”
Pros
Getting people set up and onboarded with Paycor is very simple and the platform is simple to work with. Even team members without a technical background can use it without much trouble.
Cons
The integration choices feel a bit limited and the website tends to time out pretty often. Time cards also need manual adjustments more frequently than they should.

“all-in-one hr convenience”
Pros
Everything I need is right there which makes the software very simple to use. I can clock in and out, access my important paperwork and even the onboarding process was very simple. For a company with a large number of employees, this program works wonderfully.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike about this software.

“quick setup and payroll control”
Pros
Getting new specialists added to the team is pretty simple and assigning installment orders to each worker is just as simple. The standout parts for me were entering installment bills and commitment details through the attendance portal. Creating and maintaining a registry has also been manageable without much trouble.
Cons
Most of the time it takes a few training sessions before you can really understand everything the program can do. As a user, you still don't get complete calendar data although I assume that's something that could be fixed.

“Dated interface”
Pros
The pricing was fairly reasonable and being web-based made it accessible for everyone on our staff.
Cons
On the downside the interface feels outdated and is often not very user-friendly. The API integrations for timekeeping or really the lack of them, were terrible.

“packed with useful features”
Pros
There's a lot packed into this platform. Along with personalized profiles, pay stubs, W-2 forms and important documents like handbooks and signed forms, it also includes plenty of extra tools such as org charts, a customizable homepage and a career progression system.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into any concerns. Every interaction I've had with it and everything I've used has been positive so far.

“Fast payroll”
Pros
Bringing new employees into the system is very simple and creating payment orders for each worker is just as simple. The platform is very user-friendly which takes a lot of pressure off the HR team and helps reduce the time and resources spent on tasks that can be automated.
Cons
Clocking in or out can take a few clicks before it actually registers. There's also a double-tap problem that really should be corrected. Other than that, I haven't explored the full scheduling side enough yet to make a fair judgment on it.

“Smooth onboarding and paystub access”
Pros
Getting new employees set up in the system is very simple and pulling paystubs whenever employees ask for them is just as simple.
Cons
The only issue that comes to mind was a single interaction with customer support where the representative I spoke with came across as a bit rude.

“Not recommended”
Pros
Over time we kept discovering weaknesses through one mistake after another. Because of that, we're now exploring other options.
Cons
A big frustration is that nothing updates in real time especially things like accruals. While adjustments themselves are simple enough to make, waiting for employees to point out problems is not an efficient way to spend time.

Pros
Clocking in and out is simple and the system feels very user-friendly overall.
Cons
Most of the time, it takes multiple clicks before the clock in or clock out actually registers. That can sometimes lead to double punches which then have to be fixed afterward.

“frustrating reporting and support”
Pros
Using this software is pretty simple and running payroll is very simple.
Cons
The reporting is really bad because it never seems possible to generate the report you actually need. It also doesn't pull data in real time. On top of that, customer service has been disappointing. They open a case and then never follow up and you end up talking to a different person every time which makes resolving issues much harder.

“PTO notifications that keep me updated”
Pros
What really stood out to me was getting PTO notifications whenever I submitted a request. It kept me informed that my manager and HR could see the days I needed off and I always knew right away whether the request was approved or denied.
Cons
I did not have any complaints about it. Everything worked exactly the way it should. I'm actually disappointed that my company switched over to ADP because Paycor was much simpler to use.

“efficient payroll”
Pros
Handling payroll with Paycor has been very efficient. It's simple to locate tax documents, direct deposit is available and W-2s come with paperless options. Clocking in is also very simple.
Cons
Paycor seems better suited for small to mid-sized companies and there are times when it runs into connectivity issues.

Pros

“handy document sharing hub”
Pros
Our HR team uses Paycor as the central place to post and keep documents like updated company policies, handbooks, government notices and similar files. They just upload everything once and send employees a link by email or text along with the instructions which is much better than sending attachments around and cluttering everyone's inbox.
Cons
The website feels a little plain visually and it would be nice if users could customize things like fonts and background colors.
