“Helped me in onboarding process
Pros
Paycor significantly streamlines the onboarding process for new hires, seamlessly integrating their details into TrackTik. My onboarding time has been cut in half, and helping employees with payroll inquiries is much easier since all the information is readily available.
Cons
Some processes in Paycor have changed compared to our previous software, like how to set up passwords, which took a little time. Transitioning from Rippling was a bit difficult because it took some adjustments to get familiar with Paycor's different layout and processes. The payroll system, while slightly different from what we were used to, has good features and has ultimately been manageable with a bit of practice. But this long process of learning ways of this software is all I can complain about.

With Paycor's tools, I feel like we have a complete HR solution that allows us to stay organized and manage essential tasks in a way that's both efficient and centralized.

I really appreciate how Paycor keeps rolling out new features that make a difference in our day-to-day work. Unlike our old system, which felt limited and made payroll more complicated than it needed to be, Paycor gave us a full set of tools right from the start. We have everything we need, from payroll and HR essentials to talent development and compliance tools, and they're always adding more. These regular updates keep our system fresh, which has been a big plus for both our team's efficiency and overall satisfaction. Paycor's commitment to improving its platform has definitely been a welcome change for us.
Cons
Some of the new features often come with serious bugs that haven't been fixed yet. Additionally, support during implementation is lacking, and some newer features aren't fully integrated. We had to make manual adjustments like setting up reporting lines. We reached customer support but responses from support can be inconsistent, and their product knowledge varies.

Its challenging to navigate and not intuitive. Adoption among higher management is low and it lacks in many areas. Perhaps they should discontinue this product and focus on better integrations with more reputable ATS like Greenhouse or Lever. I recently learned that Paycor is discontinuing its integrations with these top ATS potentially pushing users to adopt theirs or other acquired ATS platforms. This decision has prompted us to reconsider using Paycor for payroll and HR.
