Pros
I really like that all the payroll and HR functions are integrated into one platform. It makes things so much smoother with benefits data automatically flowing into payroll and out to our vendors.
Cons
Their customer support definitely needs some work. Response times are slow and it usually takes multiple follow-ups to get a case fully resolved.

The timekeeping functions are really interactive and easy to use even if you've never used the software before. The app is awesome too!
Cons
Reporting isn't as flexible as I'd like it to be. Also, sometimes the support isn't knowledgeable and it takes several attempts to get the answers I need.

Pros
It is a smooth with Paycor and they handle all the heavy lifting. I absolutely love not having to deal with submitting payroll taxes.
Cons
Navigating Paycor after a layout change can be a challenge. Plus, I have to manually change each new hire to the correct time zone which is a simple task but seems like something that could be fixed on the back end.

The look and ease of use are great and the mobile app makes it easy for our employees to access pay stubs, time off requests, timesheet approval and company updates.
Cons
The benefit enrollment and reporting features could use some improvement. BSwift is a solid platform but we always have errors in our enrollment each year that need correcting throughout the year.

It offers a really complete set of programs. The onboarding and ATS features work the best for us.
Cons
Support is terrible. The implementation process is tough and they don't take the time to understand your business or processes. They have a lot of functionality but it doesn't always work well together, and some features even contradict each other.
