User-Friendly but some entries vanishes out of nowhere

Pros

The system itself is really user-friendly and getting help from their support team is never a problem whenever we need it.

Cons

One of the biggest issue we have run into with Payescape is that monthly pay entries you have set up to process automatically sometimes just vanish from the timeclock.
