Also noted is the less-than-ideal process of translating custom questions outside of People Element, involving collaboration with Master Word for translation into another language.

We contemplated switching from Survey Monkey to People Element for our department's employee satisfaction survey, but adapting to the system through PDF documents and survey building proved challenging. The instructional documents were moderately helpful, and frustration outweighed satisfaction due to fewer functional options compared to Survey Monkey. The system lacked branching ability crucial for some surveys, and even simple tasks like changing the survey name were cumbersome to find in the documentation. Ultimately, we abandoned the product due to its lack of an intuitive interface.
