An additional point of contention is the separate login requirement, as opposed to a single sign-on. The hope is for future expansions in benchmarking, particularly across other industries like Real Estate/Property Management. Also noted is the less-than-ideal process of translating custom questions outside of People Element, involving collaboration with Master Word for translation into another language.
