Meets our needs perfectly

Pros

This platform rescued us from a major vendor switch headache. We wanted everything centralized so our HR team could work with unified data and it delivered exactly that! Set up was surprisingly smooth, way easier than other HR system rollouts I've dealt with before.

Cons

The platform's effectiveness really depends on what you connect it to. Some of our existing tools have their own limitations that create bottlenecks and there's usually no workaround except switching providers entirely.
