“Excellent software for managing time”
Pros
My team loves how simple it is to create and share schedules. I also think it's awesome that employees can track their vacation requests, absences and working hours through the app, computer or terminal. It's given our team a lot more control. What I appreciate most is that all working hours are stored in Pepito in one place. The "Evaluations" button is a lifesaver, it lets me see an analysis of departments, time accounts, working hours, absences and leave instantly. No more wasting hours each month double checking the schedule for flexible hours. And the best part? Setting up employee profiles only takes about 5 minutes.
Cons
It'd be awesome to improve the calendar view by adding overtime reduction. Also it would be really helpful to see who made changes to times and when. When multiple admins are involved, it's hard to tell who changed the time entry and why. The same goes for vacation approvals and there's no way to track who approved it.

I've been using Fibudoc for a while now and I can always count on great support. It's always improving and becoming easier to use.
Cons
It's annoying that you have to log in every time. I'd love to just open the program at reception in the morning, leave it open at the bar and check it occasionally but instead, I keep getting logged out and have to sign in over and over which wastes a lot of time.
