Pros
It is user friendly, easy to set up and offers an accessible feedback flow! Our team values having a direct, continuous and anonymous channel to share feedback with leadership. We also love the flexibility in feedback cadence, we adjusted from quarterly to monthly as our team grew quickly and found frequent feedback much more useful. I can respond to comments and clarify issues without breaching anonymity. On top of that their team is incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions, big or small :)
Cons
There hasn't been much to complain about. One thing we had brought up earlier was adding a wider time range comparison option in the heatmap and it sounds like they're already working on it.
