Excellent automation for complex workflows

Pros

seeing all our processes in a Kanban layout makes everything feel so much clearer for me. The automated emails and pipe connections just keep things flowing effortlessly.

Cons

I think calculation mode has some field restrictions that hold it back from being a truly comprehensive solution.

Pipefy software review

Pros

I like the Pipefy platform because its practical and comprehensive. We use it across all areas of our company, which helps us manage time, tasks, priorities and projects properly.

Cons

We have not had any complaints to mention about the platform so far as it meets all our needs.

Pipefy made our workflow automation easier and convenient

Pros

Workflow automation on Pipefy has really impressed me by reducing the workload from daily or repetitive tasks. We mainly use it for automating forms, processes and workflows. The templates are fantastic for getting started on the platform.

Cons

I do not have any serious complaints about the platform. It is really easy to use. I am testing some complex queires to explore the tools limits, but I am confident it will meet our expectations.

Very bad customer support

Pros

I really liked the software overall. It has many features and a good execution.

Cons

The customer support is very unresponsive and uncooperative. Additionally, its not possible to remove the branding from all emails and email integration is buggy.

Pipefy - Keeping a tab on all cases/accounts without missing a thing.

Pros

Pipefy helps me keep a sequenced track of all action items.

Cons

Sometimes the loading is slow. Additionally, when I move a card from one stage to another, I occasionally have to reload the page because the card disappears mid-movement.

aligned activities and easy performance

Pros

It's amazing how this tool spots where our processes get stuck, makes troubleshooting so easy! The workflow templates are great too, there are tons of flexible options to fit our company's needs. And having accounting tools like purchase orders and invoicing built in? such a time saver for managing costs.

Cons

Task progress updates don't happen in real time, it takes way too long for changes to show up for the whole team. Having to pay per user instead of one flat rate is really frustrating since we'd love to get more people involved but the cost makes it impossible. I wish there were more advanced features like performance tracking and activity timing, maybe even a Gantt chart to better see how projects are progressing and if we're falling behind schedule.

Not ideal for complex workflows

Pros

This BPM tool really makes my work easier. Setting up processes is quick for me, navigation feels simple and integrations work smoothly. It's good for small to mid sized teams and the community support is genuinely helpful for my team.

Cons

system struggles with more complex workflows and doesn't feel good enough for heavy duty tasks. There community doesn't have much helpful information available, even though the interface looks nice. I'm still confused about complicated queries after spending time reading through everything and testing it out.

Incredible collaboration tool that increases productivity

Pros

Pipefy is a great tool because it lets me develop and manage any type of process from scratch. It handles everything from procurement to sales, recruitment and project management. To simplify things, I can attach documents, email checklists and link to other pipes.

Cons

Pipefy's support staff is very helpful and patient while guiding me through the process, which makes it difficult for me to track any flaws right now. They allow me to make mistakes which helps me learn how to use Pipefy properly. Although the technology can be difficult to grasp initially, its worth the effort in the long run.

Simply a great tool

Pros

One of my favorite aspects of Pipefy is its wide range of features. Although software with such range of features can be difficult to use but Pipefy was easy to set up and work with, even for new team members.

Cons

I have run into a few bugs, but the good thing is that customer support helped me resolve them. I also think the API documentation could use some improvements. These are just minor issues though.

AMAZING product, service falls off cliff after you pay--not the start up they used to be

Pros

Their tech stack is amazing and the integration with Workato is smooth. There is almost nothing I cannot do on the platform, but I have noticed that their service structure has been poor lately.

Cons

This is my second time using Pipefy and the experience of modeling and going live is not what it was two years ago for my first project. They allocate a set number of hours for modeling "pipes," but Zoom calls, strategizing time and bug fixes all count against this time. The biggest issue was when their developer designed our pipe with a major flaw and refused to fix it (even ignoring my emails for weeks) unless I paid for additional hours at $125 per hour. I felt stuck in a cycle of constant costs. I chose not to pay extra and tried to resolve it myself but the developers design was so complex that even their support team could not figure it out. Essentially, my project was held hostage. They do not provide documentation on the architecture and leave me to fend for myself, offering a $125 per hour solution if I want help. Additionally, their support is nonexistent after hours, on weekends and during Brazilian holidays. In 2022, I have not encountered another SaaS that operates like this. Even during business hours, the turnaround time is 90 minutes. Workato is a great integration tool but is also pricey, costing $0.075 per ping, with most processes needing 2 to 3 calls to achieve the goals.

fantastic tool for daily operations

Pros

support team deserves a shoutout, they're fast, friendly and always get things done. I love the clean design and how customizable the workflows are. It's flexible, modern and integrates perfectly with other tools I use so I can manage everything from one place.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about this platform. It's incredibly comprehensive as a work tool and even provides video tutorials and guides to help you navigate and understand everything better.

Perfect tool for collaborative work

Pros

sprint panel is such a cool feature for me! It helps me plan weekly tasks and stay focused on what really matters.

Cons

Modals don't really work for me, they just look off somehow. I get lost navigating around and can't always tell which page I'm actually on, the whole user flow is pretty confusing.

Pipefy is a versatile tool that may be used for a variety of purposes

Pros

One of my all-time favorite features is the Sprint panel because it lets me break down my weekly to do list into manageable chunks. Pipefy has been a huge asset in streamlining my companys operations. I used the platform to identify where most errors were occurring, what actions to take and what procedures needed changes.

Cons

In my opinion, Pipefy is an excellent tool though there are a few minor issues I'd like to see addressed. I did like an option to select a time and working hours for the expiration date, but there is not one available.

Awesome

Pros

Building forms, flows and managing projects is pretty easy here. The CRM and communication tools we can set up, along with automations and integrations between different tools, are game-changers. Having all these features in one software where my entire team can access and contribute saves a lot of time and effort.

Cons

I have to create all the flows from a pre-formatted template or start from scratch. There is no way to adapt or import from a sheet or another software we have used. This limitation makes migrating from another platform to Pipefy quite challenging.

time saving automation and efficiency

Pros

Automation here is a total time saver, repetitive work just handles itself. For me the email templates are a nice bonus too, they make communication so much smoother. Everything feels connected and efficient.

Cons

Only real issue I have is with card expiration settings, I can only set a calendar day but I really need the option to specify exact times and working hours for deadlines. It's not a huge problem, just something that would make my workflow much smoother.

reporting requires manual exports

Pros

It's super easy for me to tailor for different purposes whether it's HR, customer experience, or general process management.

Cons

Reporting feature is pretty awful in my opinion. It's really difficult for me to figure out what forces me to export the data to a spreadsheet.

Organizing your entire company in a clear and objective way

Pros

The tool lets me create fully customizable cards where I can input any type of information. We use these cards to store customer details which allows us to track the status of client issues whether resolved or pending. The tool works well on both desktop and mobile and the ability for all collaborators to use and edit simultaneously has added more dynamism to our operations.

Cons

The cards do not always update for all collaborators in a timely manner and I often have to wait for updates to sync. Also my team had some difficulty adjusting to the tool at first, but after a few weeks, everyone agreed that the companys progress and growth are impressive.

Effortless workflow maintenance but limited creation tools

Pros

Now for me developing and maintaining workflows couldn't be easier, it's built to simplify everything.

Cons

Great software with room for improvement

Pros

Building workflows without writing a single line of code feels amazing for me. The tools are simple and make setup really easy.

Cons

Missing some error checking features like tracking duplicate PO numbers or quotation references which would be really helpful for me.
