“strong customization but lacks native integrations
Pros
Even on the free plan, I've got everything I need to organize my work. Customization is fantastic, automation runs smoothly and sharing info with colleagues is easy.
Cons
Lack of built in integrations is frustrating for me, I'm forced to rely on third party tools like ZAPIer just to get my leads flowing to different marketing platforms.

“Essential for project organization
Pros
What I like most about Pipefy is the option to divide project stages into a Kanban board which provides a clear overview of the project and its progress. Creating panels with project data also makes statistical analysis easier and supports better decision-making.
Cons
One issue I encountered was when trying to make a comment on a task on the Kanban board. I wanted to add line breaks in the comment, but once posted, the entire comment lacked line breaks. This made it hard for other project members to read parts of it. Aside from this minor problem, I have no other complaints about the software.

“good project management solution
Pros
Kanban style interface keeps everything neat and simple. Editing features work great and I love how easy it is to verify info through forms. The permission system is super handy too, each team sees only what they need.
Cons
saving process is pretty confusing at first, I have to do this "double save" thing that's not simple at all. Setting up dates can be tricky too. I wish they'd just make saving automatic or at least more easy instead of requiring these extra steps.

Pros
This low code platform makes development so convenient for us. The data insights are powerful and the dashboard helps track and analyze every project stage effortlessly.
Cons
Only downside I can think of is that it might take some time to fully customize all the automation rules to fit my specific workflow needs but honestly that's a minor issue considering how well it handles everything else.

Pros
The software is excellent for process management as it allows activities to be conducted in a highly organized manner. It lets me hide customized fields based on rules which is one of the key reasons we continue using it. This feature helps keep activities organized across departments and prevents team errors.
Cons
The automation features, as well as the portals and documentation, leave much to be desired. We are currently testing ClickUp in some areas and have not fully migrated yet. We sometimes need to use Integromat to handle tasks within Pipefy, which seems a bit absurd. The documentation and Playbooks are essentially non-existent which makes it hard to educate the team with useful resources. Pipefy's Portals are nearly useless and haven't been consistently developed. Despite being a Brazilian company, Pipefy's pricing at $36 per user, plus additional charges, makes us constantly search for alternatives. Unlike companies like RD Station which understands Brazil's pricing issues and negotiates better, Pipefy's response to such concerns was dismissive. This dissatisfaction has led us to explore alternatives, and we keep an account with ClickUp, hoping to find features that might eventually replace Pipefy.

Pros
I was struggling with managing project timelines and everything kept running behind schedule. The kanban cards really changed how we work, now I can track exactly where each project stands and we're actually hitting our deadlines more consistently. It's made a huge difference in keeping things organized and moving forward.
Cons
Display could really use more customization features, I often need additional information visible and having better image resizing capabilities would make a huge difference.

Pros
I've tested quite a few process management tools out there but this one still delivers the best value for money. What I really appreciate is how it tackles problems quickly and without hassle. That's huge for me since I don't have the time or resources to deal with complicated, heavy software. I need something easy and speedy and that's exactly what this delivers.
Cons
The interface has a steep learning curve that can overwhelm new team members initially. It requires significant time investment before I become truly productive with the system.

Pros
Different platforms really help me keep business processes running smoothly as a manager. Integration with other software I'm already using is fantastic. Building and customizing processes feels flexible and easy, I can adapt things exactly how I need them. Pros
Flexibility and ease of building automated processes really stands out to me. We've managed to centralize all our company processes in one place which has aligned our task management significantly. The public forms feature is honestly a game changer for me, it makes interactions with external applicants so much smoother since they don't need to be tool members. I haven't seen anything quite like this functionality in other process management platforms.
Cons
Integration with connection fields feels pretty restrictive for me right now. I can only embed a single record in those fields which limits what I can do with it.

“visual workflow tracking
Pros
I find this platform really easy to navigate. The visual status tracking is excellent, I can instantly see exactly where I am in any workflow whether that's approving, verifying or storing data. This visibility helps prevent things from slipping through the cracks in our approval process. The archiving capabilities work much better than relying on email chains for storing important information.
Cons
Takes a bit of time to train staff on the system and I really need everyone to stick to the processes for it to work well. I'll also need someone dedicated to keep everything maintained which is different from the more flexible manual tracking we used before.

Pros
For me this tool is simple to navigate and completely self sufficient without needing IT support. It helped us get a new business up and running in just one day, the implementation and organization process was incredibly fast!

The prompts are incredibly clear and obvious so I always know exactly what information I need to gather before starting. This really helps me prepare all the necessary details for my briefs upfront. Cons
