“autonomous workflow customization

From my perspective I really like this tool. The freedom it gives me to build and tailor workflows exactly how I need them,there's so much autonomy in customizing everything to fit my specific requirements.

Cons

setting up multiple similar conditionals is tedious since I can't copy and paste them, each one needs to be configured from scratch.

Pros

Using this platform for process automation has been extraordinary for me. It's incredibly easy to manage, has a fast learning curve and feels very user friendly. What I love most is the independence it gives you, there's no need to rely on third parties to build and operate your automation scenarios. The financial benefits are real too since you can redirect human resources toward more meaningful and profitable tasks that actually add value to the company's results.

Cons

Building automations feels limited since I can only set up one action per rule instead of multiple outputs or actions happening together.

The interface is really simple and I appreciate how flexible the configuration options are, you can customize things exactly how you need them without much hassle.

Having to log in every single day is pretty annoying. I wish it would remember my credentials for longer periods.

I find this platform incredibly simple, modeling both simple and complex business processes feels effortless. The development team consistently rolls out new features at a great pace and whenever I have questions or run into issues, the support team responds quickly with helpful answers.

Cons

Calculation features aren't available yet and I can't create nested portals. The email functionality feels limited too. I wish there were more design options and resources for building email templates.

Conditional fields let me build forms for complicated workflows while keeping everything looking clean and simple. Learning curve is pretty gentle and there's tons of built-in tutorials and resources that made getting started really easy. Whenever I need extra help, the support team and community are super friendly and really know their stuff. Pricing is fair too especially when you get to the enterprise tier.

Cons

Tools aren't always connected smoothly, sometimes I have to jump between different pages to get things done. Though I'll give them credit, they're constantly updating the interface and making everything work better together.

Workflow creation and management capabilities are incredibly user friendly, anyone I can jump in and set up automation for key functions like autocomplete, connections and notifications. I really appreciate how clean and simple the interface feels, with everything laid out logically. The database features and pipe connections let you build some pretty amazing custom workflows tailored to your specific needs. When there's missing functionality or you need to connect with other apps, the GraphQL API makes it easy to build those integrations yourself.

some features are missing like calculated fields though I can work around most gaps using the GraphQL API. What really frustrates me is the poor localization support, it only handles a few languages and has ongoing issues like phone fields not showing the right prefixes. Currency fields are particularly limiting since they only support two currencies and there's no way to fix that through the API either.

Pros

structuring and managing workflows is incredibly easy with this platform. The interface feels simple and there's a wealth of features that make it accessible for everyone on our team. We've seen significant improvements in how we handle processes since implementing it! What I really appreciate is the visibility into sLA management and how quickly you can build, test and deploy new workflows. The independence from IT for process improvements is a game changer. I can make enhancements without waiting for technical support. The biggest advantage though is being able to collaborate with other departments to align their operations and enhance our overall service quality. Our staff is already noticing the difference and requesting access for their own teams.

Cons

Pricing feels a bit steep when I want to get all my team members on certain Pipes. The dashboard creation and file import features could use some work to make them more user friendly for everyone.

The best part is being able to customize most settings myself without needing help which saves tons of time.

I wish they had more resources for creating dashboards. Even though they mentioned working on it, I really missed having graphical tools available.

The way the simple features connect together is impressive. The Kanban boards, Excel reporting and sAP integration all work easily. I'm also surprised by how much detail and historical data you can track within a single pipeline.

Cost has become a real issue for me over time. They've made changes that make it less affordable, like charging extra for automations that used to be included in workflows, things like email sending automation. Plus the BI module costs extra now which really adds up.
