“easy tool and user friendly experience
Pros
Working with this platform is easy and adapts to whatever I need it for. Support staff are always there when I reach out and the tutorial videos are really helpful for learning new features.
Cons
Only downside is that attachments expire after 30 days which creates real problems for our business during IsO audits.

Cons

“great system but lacking support quality
Pros
The interface is pretty decent and reminds me of Jira. There are great resources and templates available. Managing everything is easy and user friendly.
Cons
support team's expertise is really lacking and their chat help is frustrating for me. They'll say they're going to investigate something, then either come back saying they can't fix it or just leave you waiting for days on end. Even simple processes that should work smoothly end up being problematic and you're left hanging without proper resolution.

“highly customizable but branding policies annoy me
Pros
Extensive functionality and customization options have been incredibly valuable for our team. Since we have such a unique workflow having complete control over customizing everything, from notifications to integrations across all platform functions, has made a huge difference.
Cons
The policies are pretty limited even with an enterprise account, I can't get around certain restrictions. They won't let you remove their branding from automated emails which makes some integrations awkward if you're trying to maintain your own brand identity.

“Easy workflow creation, weak integrations and reporting
Pros
Creating custom workflows from the ground up is incredibly easy with this platform. Whether I'm handling procurement, sales, recruiting or project management tasks, it delivers exactly what I need. The ability to attach documents and emails, create checklists and link different processes together really aligns my daily operations and saves me tons of time.
Cons
Even without ZAPIer connecting to other apps becomes quite a pain. While the APIs function properly, you really need programming skills to make them work. Some automations get tricky too since accessing certain information during the process can be pretty difficult. The built-in reporting isn't great for making decisions either. I've had to rely on external tools to get what I need done.

I can quickly see where each unit stands in the process which is incredibly helpful. It makes estimating completion times much easier and helps get vehicles to clients faster. The interface is easy and user friendly.
Cons
Main downside for me is it doesn't connect to email which would make it much more useful as a communication platform.

Integrated email feature really convinced us to choose this over other project management platforms. As a marketing agency we can manage practically all our external client conversations right from a project card or request which means anyone on our team can jump in and see the complete communication history between us and the client at any point.
Cons
Phone app used to be pretty limited in what it could do though I hear the new version they just put out has made some great improvements!
